It took a day longer than they originally said to make it here, but once here they did a fantastic job. I do understand that there is a worker shortage so I don’t want to hold that against them.

I was worried that we would run into more pipe issues once uncovered but everything went as planned. Pipe repaired with no surprises. They did a really good job. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again…but hopefully won’t need to LOL

technicians were very professional and thorough. They explained their procedure and since I personally have no experience with septic systems gave me a valuable education.

Zoom provided a comprehensive consultation in a timely manner and an accurate estimate including discounts we were eligible for, as they had done work for us in the past year. They showed up on time and completed the work on schedule and we're very neat and tidy. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing issues.

They were very respectful and professional. They let me take pictures of the job as it progressed for future reference. I requested a couple of things that i wanted done and they made sure that what I requested was completed. Everything is up to code and job completed fast and correct. The were very good about cleaning up the job site inside and out. Thank you Zoom, we are very pleased.
