Fast responding, polite, clean, explained problem during the job, more money then my budget could afford, with recommended and would use them again

the gentleman that came out to unclog my drain was very professional and polite. I would definitely call Zoom drain in the future if needed. and also would recommend them.

They were professional, courteous and arrived within the designated time, explained the pros and cons of what might happen since that drain was over 75 years old ,cleared the drain and cleaned up after they finished.

The workmen told a little different story than the estimator/bidder, but we think the job has been done satisfactorily.

Despite my several stipulations in advance about the simplicity & preparations made for access to my address, to the room, and for this task I was given no choice except the full job-type service (in their very limited set of choices, if the worker in my kitchen had been trained to even offer any choices).

Zoom diagnosed the problem and rectified it after 2 other contractors really did not have the expertise to do so. The price was reasonable and the Zoom personnel are professional, highly competent, reliable, and courteous.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted an assessment then explained the process, my options, the cost and answered my questions before commencing the work. He kept me abreast of his findings during the work. He explained the problem and showed me the video of what he discovered. He mentioned they have the capability of emailing me the video. It's been a week and I haven't received it. I'll need to reach out to them. Overall, the experience was good.

Service was professional. Arrived within the time window, gave me a estimate before starting the job. Completed the job and cleaned up just like before he came. The service person wore shoe covers over his boots to protect my flooring. Great job!

The technician called before arriving, was on time, curteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great service, but a little on the expensive side. I would say they are roughly 50 to 100 dollars more expensive on the snaking.
