Technician did a good job to unclog my drain. Thought cost for the job was a little high.

Great service

I had a major back up from the sewer in the basement. Zoom was very helpful and were able to send someone out immediately if I wanted . I called many others who were more money and basically said we can clear it but will not guarantee the work , zoom would . The other company's I called,it would cost me extra to get a camera in the pipes as well as separate to clear it , with Zoom it was one complete price ! I would use them anytime .

Technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and allowed me to view the problem after it was discovered via his pipe camera. Very professional and thorough in explaining my options for repair.

The sewer backed up into my basement late at night. I reached out to a few plumbers and Zoom Drain called me the minute their doors opened. They told me a tech would be there in a few hours and literally 10 minutes later I get a text and call telling me Ben is on his way. When Ben got there he was kind and professional. He walked me through every step and asked for my permission before he did anything. He showed me his findings before, during and after the work was done. I had tree roots through my sewer main all the out to the street. I would call Zoom back without hesitation. They are top notch and worthy of a 5 star rating.

They were very profession and let you know what they were going to do before hand. And gave a full report of the progress at the end of the service.

I was very happy with the service I received. It was an emergency situation and Zoom stay in touch with me and arrived as scheduled. The identification of the problem was clear and the work to be done thoroughly explained. The worry was personble, efficient and professional. Job well done.

We had water backing up in our basement. I was concerned of a cracked pipe going out to the street. Zoom came right out. Ran a camera through our pipe and I was pleased to find that our pipe was fine. They discovered that the tree on our street had managed to invade the seam of the pipe with tiny little hair like roots clogging up the pipe. They cleared out the roots that looked like a human wig when they pulled it out! After that they cleaned with a root prevention solution. They also recommended a better fitting cap for what is left of the cast iron pipe at the very front of our house. It was a little pricey, but the service was great and I have the peace of mind of no more water invading our basement. We haven't had any issues since and I now sleep soundly during a heavy rainstorm.

They were able to come earlier than I expected he gave me real options instead of giving me a price told me exactly what was wrong. He was fast and efficient even though the price was higher than I expected but it’s been a while since I called a professional I would definitely recommend them again
