They answered the phone on the first ring, had a tech here within two hours. The tech (Josh) was very professional and knowledgeable. He Explained everything and was very neat and polite.

I had to get my drain unclogged from tissue being in it. They came out on a Sunday at the time they said they was I did receive a call before they came & the guy was very knowledgeable. The only thing is they prices are a little high but because I needed the work done I had to pay for the service.

When the technician showed up the problem had gone away turned out the pipe was frozen (The pervious company didn't know what was wrong but gave us a quote in the thousands). Before leaving he replaced our toilet that was removed by the other company. Thanks Ben for such excellent service. Thanks Alicia would highly recommend ZOOM to anyone.

The tech was very good and the job was done well. However, there was a follow-up problem and when I called about it I was told that a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. Eventually I got the problem taken care of. I call that poor customer service.

Mike Roman was my tech. He was very polite and let me ask a million questions. He even tried to clean my tub after he cleared the drain, but I wouldn't let him because it was an absolute mess and his time would have definitely been better used helping another customer.

Seemed a little expensive to clean out a main sewer drain but they arrived quickly and also resolved the issue quickly. They scoped the drain in all directions so it was easy to confirm the issue was fully resolved.
