Called at 8 am with a clogged bathroom sink. Technician Tony Falco was at my home by Noon. Told him the problem and he had the clogg removed in 15 min. Fast reliable service was worth the pricey flat rate they charge. Will use them again for future cloggs...

Great job, very pleased

Steve was early as he had just completed a job very close to us. He called and we were able to meet him. He was polite and discussed his findings and the proposed resolution. The work took about an hour during which time he snaked 75 ft. of internal drain line from the kitchen sink down to the main drain. The water flowed well and there was no tell tale gurgling after he was finished. He also gave some tips to help keep the kitchen drain pipe clean. Very good experience.

The team came out the same day. The tech was professional and took time to explain the work needed. The price was not the cheapest and the company would not price match. However, they did warranty their work for 2 years parts and labor. Given the excellent customer service provided by the tech, the fact that the appointment was made same-day, and the work was warrantied for 2-years, I approved the work to be done. It was completed quickly without issue. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain.

They were on-time and professional

Expensive. The woman on the phone was pleasant, patient and professional. But the man who came charged almost double to snake the outside drain then our last two plumbers.

Came out and work through the snow --- found more issues but soldiered on above and beyond to help get our main drain line cleared.

The service was weird. I contact them on a Saturday in the evening they was willing to send someone immediately supposedly. I set up an appointment for a Monday evening . They gave me a window of 3- 7 pm. I contact the company at about 6:30 pm to see if they were still coming they told me that the person was running little behind. That they working at there last job they would call me when he was on their way. The gentle arrived at my house about 7:15 pm with his truck and equipment .He start asking me what going on I explain to him the problem he goes to work on the job and some one from company contact him tells him he was at the wrong place. That he was supposedly to be at different place dealing with there problem before my place. He quote me a price that is supposedly a flat rate that is kind high .He does finish the job at my place go to truck comes back tell me that he had made me sing the wrong consent for wrong job had to resign. After he left the company contact me via text saying he was on his way via text with his picture.
