Chris C. from ZOOM DRAIN fixed my slow basement drain in under an hour [now we can wash towels without bailing out the water from the tub]. Chris was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clean and was a pleasure to talk to. Highest Recommendation for ZOOM DRAIN! Only negative was the charge for the work - I don't know prices but it I thought it was quite High! As of this morning, the drain is working GREAT! Would have given 5 stars if not for the cost of the job!

Very professional and helpful in explaining needed repairs. Obtained needed city permits and completed job within time frame. Decidedly a good choice.

Tech. was accommodating,knowledgeable and kept the work area cleaned. He explained was caused the drain blockage, thus confirming my suspension. The price was higher than expected;nonetheless, I needed the issue corrected. I would have looked for a more competitive price if it was not a matter of urgency.

The technician was very courteous. He kept us informed of everything he was doing to clear the clogged drain. He also made suggestions on what we could do to keep the drain clear.

While Zoom Drain is a playful name - the people sent out to assess our problem were knowledgeable and personable professionals - who spent hours trying to figure out exactly where and what the problems were - and how the problems could be best addressed for the least amount of money. Having done that they're coming back to put in some new piping but as of now Zoom Drain earned its five stars with exemplary customer service and honest hard work -

Instead of immediately recommending digging up my whole lawn, they tried different methods to unclog the blockage. And it worked! I've had no problems since.

I have seen other reviews regarding pricing. I feel that the flat rate sameday on a sunday service was a great value! No one needs or wants sewer backup and clogged main. The most horrible situation to be in as a home owner. I would highly recommend Zoom!

Very Reliable! The technician cleared my drain in 92 degree weather. He did not complain. He refused any water I offered and had a pleasant attitude the entire time he baked in the sun while we were indoors in cooler air. Ive had no problems with my drain since.

Zoom called me very quickly and we scheduled a convenient appointment. The technician was friendly, polite, professional. He explained the work he would be completing and explained any other possible plumbing issues.
