The Zoom technician arrived on time and was very friendly and accommodating. He explained what he planned to do and why, and he started with the lowest-cost approach--which, fortunately, worked. The only reason I gave 4 stars for value is that there turned out to be two distinct clogs, and I was charged for both. They give a discount for multiple services in the same job, so the total price was quite fair--just not a 5-stars exceptional value.

Very professional and pleasant office staff that picks up the phone on the first couple of rings. Has a good understanding of the business problems that their advertising states they work on. Sent out the correct, professional very quickly. The zoom team has been able to solve and correct a problem that 3 companies prior told me would need excavating. The Zoom team fixed the clogged lateral sewer pipe with a snake, followed by water and then took a picture showing clear of roots, no broken pipes etc. They went above and beyond what I had expected after the run around I had received from the 3 previous companies since the Holidays 2018 & 2019. My advice don't waste your money on these other companies or franchisees, if they do know what they are doing the customer is the last to know. I found out the hard way many of these types of companies do not honor their so called guarantee each has their own unique reason that you are told about on the next visit or after the work is done. Zoom was straightforward and professional, must of all they knew how to diagnose the problem and fix it in one visit. Thank you for your help, Patti

I went to Home Advisor to get names of companies that could clear my main drain as my washer would empty into my bathtub instead of the drain. I ultimately called Zoom Drain as they had the most positive reviews. A very knowledgeable tech, Mike Sweeney, came to my home and video'd, snaked and water pressured the line till it was finally cleared. He answered all my questions and I watched and learned as he performed his work, in tight spaces I might add. Kind person. Very happy with Mike and Zoom Drain.

Everything was great, just the time he promised he showed up 3 hours late, but it went well. Everything is cleared up now.

Totally missed a clogged drain that later caused major damage to the ceiling below. Technician said all the drains in the house were clear. Obviously he did not know what he was doing. Good thing is that there was no charge that day.
