They said they would send me a receipt via e-mail and I would get it in 5 minutes... 48 hours later and I still haven t received anything!

I had a great experience.... Except when I called them all of my drains were backed up. At the end of the service I had to run the water to make sure the drains were all clear. All but one was clear. They plunged it but it was still draining slowly. I checked it the next day and it was still draining slowly. I called to let them know. They came back out and checked it and I was told again that since it was a different drain and all the other drains were fine I would need to pay an additional almost $300 (after just paying almost $600). For $600 and about 1.5-2 hours worth of work, I think all of my drains should be draining properly. Otherwise I think they were friendly and talked through all that they did.

Derrick Gant was prompt, arriving on time as promised; professional, diagnosing the problem & offering the possible solutions and answering questions without pressuring us for a decision. Once an option was chosen, he went to work, explaining everything along the way. It was a pleasure having someone trustworthy & reliable to work with.

Superintendent and service techs were very professional and courteous. It's only been 5 days since work was done so too early to confirm the quality of work because the repaired pipe is underground. Time will tell but my sense is they did the job right and had town inspector review it. They just needed to bring more boards for the back-hoe to not chew up the grass. Minor though. It will grow back.

Overall experience was exceptional, from start to finish. Extremely mindful and understanding of my 'anxiety' and went above and beyond, to walk me through it, each step of the way. Barring any unforeseen follow up problems, I will not hesitate to recommend them, to friends and family. Thanks guys!

Technician came out and checked my drain and ran a snake and camera but was unable to fix the problem. Told me the line was broken under the street and left a flash drive of the video. Recommended local plumbing companies to address the issue but I called his company, and they said they would contact me with the maintenance department which handles these issues and never received a call back. Not happy that I had to pay and issue not fixed. Have to research other area plumbers.

Easy fix to an annoying clogged drain that created other unnecessary headaches. Technician was early, but waited patiently and promptly dealt with the issue. Would use this company again for basic plumbing issues, outside of my domain.
