At Zoom, our technicians are formally trained in diagnosing drain problems and performing expert drain cleaning in our state of the art training center. Cleaning drains is our specialty and each of our technicians cleans thousands every year, more than the average plumber will clean in a lifetime! Unlike many of our competitors who perform heating, air conditioning and other services, in addition to plumbing services— we specialize in drains and sewers. Very happy with the service and promptness of this company. It was nice to receive a text with the service persons picture before they arrived as well. The only reason for the loss of 1 star in the category for value of money was due to the cost of power snaking being on the high end of the average for what is typically charged for this service throughout the industry. But overall we are very satisfied with the service performed and the detailed report from the technician. You get what you pay for. Higher cost sometimes means better service which was achieved. Thank you for your help!

They confirmed I did not have an issue and did not charge me just for coming out. You do not find that to often. Everyone wants to usually charge you a diagnosis fee.
