Quick and efficient service

Called Friday Afternoon Came out First thing next day and gave a free Evaluation/estimate. Called 45 minutes before arrival. Cost was a little on the expensive side but they got the job done. Very happy

Price quote is a number that the driver picks out of the air and I was able to lower the price by 20 percentâ still 400$ was steep and it was not easy to get any price from them.

Service was scheduled for the same day of my call. He was very informative of the work that needed to be done. After assessing the job that needed to be done . He was able to do the job without having to reschedule.

Good service a little pricy

These guys were quick, on time & did a great job. Told me what caused the problem & then fixed. Would hire them again. But hopefully I won't need them I then hired Restoration 360 to get rid of the mold. They did an outstanding job

No problem with the tech recommending me an overpriced pro. I lost $300. They charged me $800 for a simple hydro get to clean a clog within 5 feet.

A bit pricey. The technician dumped waste on my lawn. Not acceptable.

Had them come out for a sewer backup. I choose them because they say their trucks are fully equipped. The tech was able to clear the drain but he said he did not have the proper head for the water jet to clear some roots. Said they could come back , but root elimination service was $1495 on top of the $517 we already paid. I assumed that $517 was the cost to do the full job. Tech was good showed us the video of inside the pipes.

They did not accomplish quite what I had anticipated. The results of their work was to determine whether or not we need to proceed into demolition and resetting the pipes underground. The lack or results did not impress me as we still had to pay for the service.

These repairs were extensive, so I did not object to the high cost.

They are very expensive. Three workers showed up at 9:30 with shovels. They completed the project and were gone by 3. They replaced 20 feet of pipe with PVC the bill was 4,300. I feel it was a bit high. I expected that it would require a backhoe or at least a ground tamper to tamp down the dirt. They did the job well, however I would shop the price before hiring them.

They were great. My toilet was clogged and they were able to fix the problem very efficiently and fast. The technician was very polite, and explained all the steps involved.

My basement sink overflowed and the sink was very slow to drain. I called Zoom and they were able to come out the same day. Sean, my technician, worked on clearing my drain for about an hour and was able to clear it.

After another drain company failed, Zoom resolved this issue. The tech, Jesse Rodriquez, was terrific. He was not leaving until the problem was solved. He also let me know all along the way what he was doing, and why. Excellent communicator.
