Comparing to the other plumber, charged me more than $500 for a temporary fix and gave me a proposal for over $4K for a permanent fix, Zoom came out with right equipment and solve the issue right away with abut $500 bucks. Very professional and neat!

I called them for an appointment, and they came out the same day. No service fee, and it is a set pricing per job completed - no hourly charges. The techs were nice, and respectful of our home/ property. They explained what they thought the problem was, then the various solutions - and made sure I completely understood what they were doing, and what impacts that had. Thankfully my basement drain is now draining! Very happy with this company. They even set a picture of the tech that was coming to my home.

Seemed a bit expensive. Video was a bit grainy compared to the last one I did six years ago. That said, the company was incredibly responsive. In today's less than stellar customer service environment, Zoom could give a master class to other home service providers.

The drain pipes were totally clogged. Zoom showed up on time and cleared the drain pipes and made them partially usable. Zoom scheduled a date to dig the ground and fix the broken sewer fixtures underground. They promptly came and took care of the issues. They gave a five year warranty. It was a pleasure to work with Zoom and I feel happy that I found a company that I can rely on.
