Zoom Drain Cleaning Fixed a major problem in a sync for me. They explained the possible consequences of the work they needed to do and gave a guarantee for the work within a 30 day window. Everything has been working according to plan. I would recommend them highly.

Zoom reached out right away and was able to come out in about 3 hrs. We needed a lateral scope of the sewer line as part of our inspection. We called many plumbers and we couldn’t get any to come out promptly. Mike Roman was our tech and was amazing. He was extremely professional, explained everything thoroughly and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Zoom in the future!

Josh was very professional and did an excellent job.

Quick and easy. They called me on a Wednesday, set up an appointment for Friday between 2 and 6PM, called me to say there was a technician on the way at 2:10PM, and the technician knocked on the door 3 minutes later. They came in, solved the problem and left within 20 minutes.

They were very professional and pleasant. Did a very neat job. My last sump pump made a large bang noise when it went on but this one is very quiet. I was very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend them.

I love that the company sends a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your door! Chris the technician was wonderful and did a super job! Prices were good and the entire staff I dealt with was very friendly, polite and helpful.

They arrived in a timely manner and began fixing a clogged drain. Although it took a little longer than they expected, they were able to clear it. A problem was noticed as soon as they left, where some of the drainage ended up in the dishwasher. Although it took a couple of calls and visits to address the problem, they went as far as they could, stating that the problem was with the dishwasher, but were able to get the water out. Aside from the unforeseen problem, I would use them again.
