Everything went well from diagnostic and crediting that back on the actual drain relining costs. Only issue was that I was told the water did not have to be turned off -- and someone did go back into the house to turn off the water, setting off the alarm. And water was never turned back on which required a trip back over to turn on for tenants. I would definitely hire them again, if needed.

He really did a good job. It ended being clogged again.

The customer service representative that I spoke with Was very nice . I chose this company because she told me That they would come out and give a free Estimate , Although I did except And authorize them to do the work at the time they came out because my Feeling was the rate was fair and reasonable and comparable to other companies. I will call them if needed in the future

Everything went very well prompt, courteous and took care of the clog with no issues at all. The only issue I had was the price, very expensive. I was informed of the cost before any work was done, but it being a basement basin clog, was worried about trying to do it myself. Decided to just let them do the job and pay the steep price to get the issue resolved.

Arrived quickly and solved my drainage issue. Very efficient and would highly recommend. Reasonable price. The whole process was very smooth and straight forward.

They identified the problem immediately, and fixed it without hesitation. Where as another company told me I had to replace all my pipes, & break the ceiling that they was not going to fix, to unclog my drain, for thousands of dollars. I'm glad I went with Zoom instead of being taken advantage of, by some other company during this virus crisis. Thanks Zoom.
