Zoom Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service, Inc.

The overall service and experience were fine. The only minor issue I had was the company providing the contact info of the service tech coming to provide service. I often do not respond to unknown names or numbers. In fact, the first two times the tech called I did not answer because a strange company name came up not Zoom. The other thing was pricking I felt they were high almost $280 to clear my drain using a snake. The tech was on time friendly cleaned up after himself and prepped the area to avoid leaks. My problem was resolved quickly.

Great customer service and very quick response time. Mark Sell and his apprentice handled the camera inspection of my sewer line in quick fashion and were able to pinpoint the issue in my line. After clearing some tree roots, they made recommendations on replacing part of our sewer line causing a back pitch. I would highly recommend using their services. THANK YOU

From the initial call to schedule the service to the prompt arrival of the polite service person, they were both professional. Before proceeding with the service, the serviceman thoroughly explained everything that had to be done and offered two options. I was pleased with the service.

Customer service was great. Gave me window when expect service Then called let me know it be sooner. The Tech was friendly as he waited a minute while I was on phone. I showed him issue.. he made sure my pump was not working before trying sell me new one. Price was good as other contractor was higher. The work was completely quickly. I would definitely recommend and use Zoom again.

I truly appreciate the promptness to not only schedule my appointment but to get out to my house in a timely manner. The technician was prepared for almost any scenario so there was no need to reschedule, he was able to address my issue right away.

When the tech person arrived he put on his shoe booties at the front door. There was no charge for a diagnosis of the problem and what I like was that there was a flat fee and everything was explained. James was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The drain was working well when James left and done to our satisfaction. Hopefully I don't have any plumbing issues anytime soon but if I did I would definitely give Zoom a call and I would definitely recommend them.
