I'm usually a very easy going/understanding person, but this time that did happen. Unfortunately my experience with Zoom Sewer and Drain Cleaning did go as smooth as I though it would. After our first meeting we agreed on a price and scheduled our service day. Was anxiously waiting for our "first day of work" to begin and here we have a no show. Spend the whole day on the phone trying to reach them and get an explanation and to reschedule since they didn't show up when we originally planed. The date we rescheduled they didn't show up yet again and another day spend on the phone with no answers!! at this point I'm furious and frustrated. They called the day after our second rescheduled appointment and completely different conversation with completely different pricing! Now waiting to receive my deposit back!!! Will keep you posted! Judge for yourselves, everyone has their individual experience and opinion I just know by running a business "a good business is a clean business"!! I don't consider them to be professionals!

I hired Zoom Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service, Inc. to repair the drain stack in my house. Zoom responded promptly to my call for service and sent a technician to my house give me a free estimate. Steve arrived promptly assessed my plumbing problem and explained the Zoom solution and price. Steve also provided the plumbing services. Zoom's ability to scope the drain sold me on their service. Zoom was able to find, measure the crack in the drain, and locate it in the wall. This allowed Steve to access the entire job, minimize the hole the wall, and spend his time fixing the drain. Steve was able to scope and assess the entire drain out to the street and provide a video. Zoom was very professional, especially Steve and Derick his apprentice. I highly recommend Zoom Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service.

They were on time, left the house neat and clean and explained everything along the way. I hope I never need them again, but if my drain needs help, I'll be calling Zoom!

The price was a little steep, but you get what you pay for. They were professional and courteous, and fixed my plumbing problem within a day. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely call Zoom.

Antonio was awesome! I handled this transaction for my property while out of town and he was patient and explained everything. He made sure I was able to address my emergency. I couldn't get all done due to cost so I was able to itemize what I could for now. I am very pleased with my service.

We hired them to jet clean our sewer pipes. Professional service, really knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and super prompt service. We used a large, heavily advertised company previously and this experience was so much better in every way. They came out on a Sunday, at no additional charge, perfect result.
