Bait and switch scam. Had them out to quote a full bathroom remodel. Initial quote was for $36k for a 40 sq ft bathroom. Then he offers a “special offer” for $26k, stile $650/ sq ft and we’re talking the low/ mid range fixtures. After declining I get a mess from Jason Kepner for $16k. I specifically asked if this was for the entire job and Jason confirmed it was. Well, when I asked for a revised quote since I would take the deal the price magically goes back up to $23k. Total scam of a company. I will make sure to spread the word to not use this disreputable company.

Poor customer service before I had someone come out for the property. The agent was located in Florida and had no idea about Philadelphia. The agent ignored my direction and I chose not to go with the service because of this.

they do not remodel the whole bathroom like floors, vanity, toilet. only bath tubs and showers and they use very cheap material like plastics. and they quoted me $47, 000 to partially do my bathroom. they are ridicules.
