+ -1 morePoor customer service before I had someone come out for the property. The agent was located in Florida and had no idea about Philadelphia. The agent ignored my direction and I chose not to go with the service because of this.

+ -1 morethey do not remodel the whole bathroom like floors, vanity, toilet. only bath tubs and showers and they use very cheap material like plastics. and they quoted me $47, 000 to partially do my bathroom. they are ridicules.
