+ -1 moreYou do not have to call Joe, he just shows up when he is supposed to. He is excellent and you do not have to call and say when are you coming. He does mulching and an excellent job. He is a reasonable and really good contractor I have had him for 19 years. He cleans up afterwards the sidewalks you do not have to worry about clean up with him.

+ -1 moreThe guy's name is Joe. We've had him since we moved here about fourteen years. We wouldn't change it because he does a very good job. He now does snow removal as well. We use him every week. He just started in April and he'll do it through October. We don't have to call him, he will come. If there is anything extra we want him to do, he'll just do it. He does a good job and timely. He does anything that we tell him. He automatically comes and we do not have to be on phone begging him to come to our house. It's pretty easy to work with him.
Description of Work: We use Total Lawn Care.

+ -1 moreJoe returned my phone call on the same day. However, when I told him where I my town house was located, he claimed it was "too far away". Oaks is less than six miles from my development in Collegeville. He left me with the impression that my job was too small for him to waste his time to come and give me an estimate, let alone do the job.

+ -1 moreThey have been excellent. They come about once a week and charge $28 every time they come . They stay on top of cutting when it needs to be cut. I have been using them for 13 years and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They do lawn cuts and trimmings to my yard. They start in April and end around November.
