Frank and his team did a great job of removing my old cement pathway from my driveway to my front door and replacing with new cement. I highly recommend them.

The Summerill brothers and crew re-topped my driveway and installed a patio at my home in west Norriton. They were ultimate professionals with expertise in all phases of my project. In fact, I used them for another patio project on my new home. They are highly recommended by me based on results including fair prices.

Jim Summerill is the best contractor we have ever worked with! His work, professionalism and communication is superior. We used his company to demolish our old deck, walkways and concrete retaining wall and design/construct a new patio area with pavers. Jim provided detailed information every step of the way, answering all of our questions, addressing any concerns, and providing helpful suggestions on the products and overall patio design. He also completed our driveway excavation and installation. Every step of the way, we were blown away by his team's professionalism. They arrived at our house promptly at 7:30 AM every day and dedicated their time and attention to our project to ensure it was completed quickly and without interruption. Jim responded to calls and emails immediately and was simply a delightful person to work with. We could not be happier with the their work and our new patio/driveway. I highly recommend Jim and his team!

Jim Summerill and team did an excellent job and I highly recommend their services! From the initial estimate, to the permitting, and every time out at our site, Jim was very hands-on and involved every time. He answered my dozens of questions along the way, always was responsive via text and email, and we ended up with a great product. They also nicely regraded and grass seeded the area around the concrete pad so when spring comes it will look perfect and my work will be minimal. Cleaned up nicely too. Our job specifically was a 12' x 24' foundation with deeper footers at the perimeter, for a large shed that I will be building in the near future. I'm already looking forward to my next concrete project, and keeping Summerill Paving & Concrete firmly in mind!

Jim Summerill was an absolute pleasure to work with on my new sidewalk and concrete slab for a new shed! He answered all of my questions (and I had many for the slab), was polite, courteous, easy to talk to, and all around is just a great guy. I liked being able to communicate via text message and email to have all of my questions and concerns addressed. The entire crew that came to do the work was professional and they did an outstanding job! The pricing was competitive as well. From the start, Frank and Jim were great to work with. Very responsive to our initial inquiries and patient with our many questions. As previous reviews have noted, they offer competitive pricing, communicate well and run an efficient and professional business. Their crew were terrific and they keep the job site neat. They addressed some unexpected issues that came up during excavation with ease that comes with years of experience. Our new patio and walk are fantastic! Appreciated the information on care for the cement as well. We also had them sealcoat and repair the drive and are very happy with those results too.

The provider arrived on time. Was extremely professional. Work was completed on time. I was also provided complete care instructions on how to properly help cure the project.

We were scheduled to have our new steps a few months out, They had an opening and pushed our date up. Done quick, great worked, nice people and i ran into a snag with payment and they worked with us. Great overall experience.

We evaluated several paving contractors to put in our (very long) driveway including stonework at the entrance. We wanted a well established local contractor who would give us a fair price without any surprise upcharges during the installation. We got exactly that. Jim Summerill supervised the work himself and even decreased the initial cost estimate during the installation. He communicated with us about every step along the way, including timelines -- and did exactly what he said he would do. Summerill exceeded our expectations.
