The work was started on time and actually finished a day earlier than we expected. There was no dust to be found after the sanding and the finish is excellent. We highly recommend them for any wood floor work. The refinished floors match the new floors and it appears that everything was done new.

Hugh and Josh did a fabulous job, from the planning to the installation and finishing. New Oak flooring was installed in our Family Room and existing flooring refinished in 3 other rooms. They were very easy to work with, accommodating to our schedule, and professional. I would recommend Sinnott Flooring to anyone.

The rooms were initially measured and Scott had samples delivered. After picking out what we wanted an estimate was sent by email with a discount for Angie's List members. The price was reasonable and the work was done as scheduled. They did a very nice job and the clean up was efficient. I highly recommend them.

Hugh did an amazing job. the floor refinishing was perfect. it came out better than expected. no dust what so ever in the house which I was expecting to be an issue due to the nature of the work. the installation of hardwood floor was perfect everything look great with great details and great finish. I am aimpress of the quality of their work and they came at a cheaper price than many other compnay.

We had our oak hardwood floors refinished and stained. Hugh and his team were excellent. They started on a Thursday and we could walk on them without shoes by Sunday night. The color was exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Having just moved to Pennsylvania a year ago, maybe I'm not used to the so-so customer service that seems to be prevalent here, contractors included. However, Hugh stands out as one the most informative, helpful, and friendliest service providers I have dealt with anywhere. His customer service is only bested by his craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Sinnott Flooring for a breath a fresh air.

They were prompt and excellent with also moving my butcher block out and put it back for me. We used them on my Nephews house also and the people before them had dogs that left stains on the floors. They did such an awesome job you could not tell where the dogs went to the bathroom and all the floors are beautiful now. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

The estimate and process beforehand was great - their bid was competitive, and it was obvious that Hugh Sinnott was very knowledgeable and experienced. We were away on vacation when they did the work, and we returned to beautiful hardwood floors! The foyer where they installed new hardwood exactly matched the hardwood that had been in the house for 40+ years, there is no visible difference. The stairs were very cleanly done with no marks or mess on the adjacent white molding. Very neat, clean and professional, I highly recommend!

Hugh Sinnott did an amazing job refinishing our floors! They came out beautiful. The entire process was professional and easy. I found him and some other companies on this site (Angie's list). I obtained a few estimates and he stood out from the others right from the start. He came on time, provided great advice, and followed up with a professional, detailed estimate and references within a few days. He was on the job the entire time with a very nice and knowledgeable employee. He has a great eye and was able to match the color and finish I wanted from a sample piece of flooring. Last but not least, they were very clean and kept the dust to a minimum. I highly recommend Sinnott Flooring.

The entire process couldn't have been better. Hugh was incredible throughout. Hugh is an excellent business man and an excellent floor refinisher. He does everything well. He always answered my calls (and I had to call him many times due to an insurance headache). Hugh was also onsite during my entire refinishing job. He also did a follow-up (via email) a week after he finished. What I really loved was that fact that was patient with us as I tend to ask a lot of questions. We never felt that we were bothering him. I wish all contractors were as awesome as Hugh. We would certainly use him again and will recommend him to anyone that asks for a refinisher/installer.
