Sears Carpet Cleaning

They have been really good and I have no complaints. I would definitely hire them again.

Sears was recommended to me years ago by a carpet specialist. I have never been disappointed. Our retirement is in residential rentals and between tenants, they can make the carpets new again and clean the tile like no one else. I highly recommend Sears. Scott the technician was on time, efficient and very nice. He helped me get a price package that worked very well and made recommendations for the future.

Made an appointment through central scheduling on Thursday for Friday morning carpet cleaning - they said technician would call 45 min before arrival. Failed to show for Friday morning 8-12 appt. I called at 12:45 and asked why they hadn't come - they said we had been moved to afternoon ---- without telling us. Said they would be there late evening. We waited, my daughter called waited, called and manager said they had left us off the schedule and they would get to us late and then they didn't return calls. Finally another dispatch person called at 7 pm and said blithely that no one was coming the technicians weren't returning her calls and she would reschedule for tomorrow "to make it right" I said house was in disarray to ready for the carpet cleaners and I had company coming the next day and couldn't do it then and then she said I refused service! I said I did not refuse service that I needed it done this evening when they had agreed to do it -she said have a nice day and hung up.

I made the appointment on line, received an email confirming appt., the day before appt I received a phone call to confirm appt. and was given the total price of the service with an estimated time of arrival, between 9:30 & 11:00. The day of appt. I received a phone call to tell me they would be arriving in 15 minutes. Nick and Steve arrived, introduced themselves , Nick went over agreement with me while Steve brought equipment in. Within 5 minutes they were cleaning the carpet. The carpet had a large red juice stain and I didn't think it would come out , I knew they would not be able to guarantee removal of the huge red stain, I also didn't want to pay extra for an enzyme remover, that may or may not have worked. WOW! The carpet looks brand new! I can't believe how GREAT it looks. On time, efficient, neat, reasonable, courteous. The job took them less than an hour.
