I had a clogged main drain. I called on a Friday morning and was told that they would be out in the afternoon. It snowed that day, so they called in the afternoon to say they weren't coming but would come on Saturday. I didn't hear anything, so I called and was told they weren't coming on Saturday because they had something else to do. At that point, I had wasted two days waiting on them and called another plumber who came out promptly. I just wish if it was business that wasn't wanted that they would have been up front about that from the beginning.

Our toilet clogged on the 2nd floor, and the shower overflowed downstairs. We called Ron and he showed up about 30 minutes later with a auger machine. Having designed and installed a special access to the sewer pipe when we built the house in 2000, Ronnie was able to run the auger into the sewer pipe and clear the clog which was the result of an invading tree root. He then recommended a product that would dissolve the rest of the root, which we applied. We have not had any trouble since. Since he designed the system when we were building the house, the job was completed speedily and without any sort of a mess. We recommend this type of access in any type of home construction. The system that Ron installed insures that no matter how many appliances are running in the house, I can take a shower without any change in temperature of force.
