+ -1 morePerformance Cleaning did far more than I expected and the results were spectacular! First, Dave was very quick to call me back when I first left him a message. He was able to meet my needs with getting the townhome cleaned before my furniture, etc was delivered. He arrived on time with one other worker. We did a quick walkthrough. When I returned later that afternoon, the entire house was incredibly clean! Besides routine vacuuming etc, he steam cleaned all the carpets and stairs, cleaned the oven, cleaned the vent covers and a particularly filthy ceiling vent cover in the kitchen. The oven was bright and shiny again. He cleaned the porch, all around the front door, etc. There were a lot of stains in the carpet that he was able to remove. Most of all, the condition of the master bath room was so deplorable, that I really thought I would have to renovate. Dave got it immaculate! Only a small amount of residue on the very bottom caulk in the shower was still present. Performance Cleaning definitely gets an AAA+++ from me!
Description of Work: I bought a 3 story townhome that had been lived in for 8 years by two brothers. I needed it to be completely cleaned prior to moving my belongings from KY.

+ -1 moreOverall, we had a wonderful experience with PCS. No complaints whatsoever.
Description of Work: We had PCS come in to help us prep our house for sale. They did some light cleaning in the house, but the real work was done through removal of old items such as lawnmowers, grill, tubing, and other clutter-type items. They were very punctual, performed all the work they were supposed to do, and even gave us a price for some extra work on the spot that we asked for an estimate about. Very highly recommended and we would not hesitate to hire them again if we had similar work to be done.
