Description of Work: Mr Pell insisted that I have $500 or greater worth of work to use coupon. No where did the coupon state a MINIMUM of $500. Coupon stated $500 worth of work for $250. I only had $425 worth of work, which was not enough for Mr Pell. He stated he would lose money on the job and the coupon was really to be used for jobs greater than $500.
