Description of Work: Company came out to do an estimate and the price was 2x the amount of the other estimates.

Description of Work: Removed two trees including stump grinding. Also ground 3 additional tree stumps.

Description of Work: Upon request they reduced the size of our tree because it was hanging over our neighbors yard and they also did a great job of carefully pruning back some of the branches. All of the birds nest that were there were carefully left untouched and the birds are singing happy songs of joy . The crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. The cleanup that was done afterwards was SPECTACULAR !!!! Kris who handled all of the correspondence was unbelievably courteous and professional. This is what a great company is all about, good service by a company that cares.

Description of Work: The six man tree crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. They removed a large pine tree in our front yard and ground out the stump. They also trimmed the tops of three river birches in our back yard and put in 4 cables to secure 4 pairs of branches to keep the branches from leaning over during ice storms. All the crew was very professional and courteous. They even help my neighbor disassemble his basketball hoop that was near our front tree when the neighbor told them that he no longer wanted it up to use it. The service we got was far beyond what we expected and the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: They trimmed four large trees in my yard. They arrived as scheduled and despite a steady downpour of rain they started work immediately and did not stop until the job was done. They removed all the debris and left my yard in great shape.

Description of Work: I had extra work done beyond the Big Deal, so the cost of that was added. Every part of the interaction with the company was great, except finding out exactly when they were going to come out and do the work. I understand that tree service is somewhat controlled by the weather, but they would only give me a window of days to begin with and I was told they would call two days in advance to give me the final date. After the first day passed, I called and was told they would be out early the next day. I felt I had to put 3 days on hold to suit them.

Description of Work: Pruned a number of trees and shrubs throughout our yard. Removed 4 stumps. It took a while for John to start the work because of bad weather. Once started it was completed quickly and we are vert pleased with the results. We like his work and wanted to have him do some landscaping and hardscaping but he has decided to focus his busness on the tree work.

Description of Work: Cut down a tree in the backyard that was dead and over hanging electrical wires and neighbor's backyard and house. Done professionally and safely.

Description of Work: Pell Landscaping did a great job in removing a large dead tree that was close to me house as well as cleaning up several large trees on my property. Their prices were in line with other estimates that I had received in the past and they were professional and the job went quickly. I have recommended them to my neighbors who asked me who did the work. They always returned my calls and made sure I was informed of the progress.

Description of Work: With the coupon, I paid an additional $750 for a good amount of work. I did have another service to give me an estimate and they could not come close to what I paid with my $500 coupon.

Description of Work: We had several small to medium trees removed as well as a large amount of weeds, scrubs, etc. We also had several other trees pruned. Consult with the owner went very well, he listened to what work we wanted done, what our concerns were with the work and we also discussed some other options that made sense to do at that time. Quote was received two days later. The only delay was they were so busy we had to wait about a month for the service. There was no urgent work needed (no downed trees) so we were OK with waiting. Overall the team at Pell's did an amazing job!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $250 for $500 Worth of Tree Service. They trimmed $500 worth of trees. It was essentially $750 worth for the $500 I ended up paying.

Description of Work: Sent me an estimate tree trimming. Said he would be here on Friday and never showed up. Called and said he would be here on Saturday at 6pm and never showed up. When I called him he said his worker quit at 2pm. Want to use service because he gave me a fair price but he will not show up.

Description of Work: I had them come out to give an estimate on my trees that are on the side of the home. They were quick to follow up with me about the estimate.
