Description of Work: Trimmed branches from a tree threatening to fall on our neighbor's house.

Description of Work: Pell trimmed some trees and shrubs that were leaning against my house. The sales rep did a great job going around and explaining what might need to be done and what could wait regarding trees in my yard. They saved me doing work I did not need, and the crew did a very good job with the work that they did. Arrived on time, professional attitude, left things neat and tidy when they were done, and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving.

Description of Work: Purchased a 'Big Deal' offer because I needed a dead tree to be removed in the backyard. I used the Company last year for a similar job and I was happy with their performance so I asked for a quote. To my shock the quote was double than it was last year for a very similar treee removal. I even contacted the Company explaining the situation and my surprise about th eprice difference. I wanted to give them the opportunity to consider and correct any potential errors (at this point I thought it must have been an error in the calculation). However I was told that there was no error and the person, who gave the estimate was not able to give any good reason for the price difference. At this point I cancelled the job and asked for a refund (received). Very disappointing as the Company is local and I wanted to support their business.

Description of Work: They did a fabulous job. They neatly removed those trees which needed to be removed and did an incredible job trimming the large trees, cutting out the deadwood and shaping them at the same time. | |I would highly recomend Pell Tree Service.

Description of Work: They contacted the next day after my purchase and set up an appointment to come out. They were super nice and I did get other estimates but I felt they would do a good job. I am very pleased at the way my trees were done and all the rest of the stuff they did. After they finished he asked to check everything to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I am so happy that I went with this provider and I would hire them again.
