DO NOT USE THEM!!! Big rip off! Bought a Water Boss from Home Depot for $466 and they sent these guys. They arrived stayed for a half hour and left for 2.25 hours to get parts and returned at 11:00. Turned off water and didn't even warn us first. They stayed for about 4 hours and set it up. Paid them the $1296 for installation and then they added $483.87 to the price for parts. That is more than the price of the water softener. Left installation site a total mess. In 2016 got a water softener installed from Lowe's for $1100 total with installation. By the way water softener did not work, was not set up correctly and they left before it was determined that it did not work!

Plumber was professional, job was a simple fix. Price was outrageous. I was looking for a drain cleaning service, this company sent a master plumber instead. I already have my own plumber and had i known they would just send me a plumber I would not have used them. I was in a tight spot because it was early in the morning and the line had to get cleared. Their name is deceiving, once i mentioned them to someone else they just groaned and said Mr Rooter is a classic bait & switch. Do not use this company, use General Sewer, $250 for a main sewer line

The drain from the laundry tub in my basement never ran freely from the time I moved in in 1965. Over the years I kept it flowing but on 10/24/2018 it became completely clogged and I was unable to get my hand cranked snake to open it. I had Angie's List find me a plumber and Mr. Rooter was first to respond. Since I was not going to be home the following day he said they would arrive Friday morning at 8:00. But I got a call Thursday night that they had an emergency and wanted to delay until 10:00. It was not a problem and I sure did appreciate the heads up. Vannie arrived a bit earlier than he expected and quickly assessed the job. He gave me a price that seemed reasonable, and got to work immediately. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and had no problem with my watching as he worked, not to monitor his performance, but because I was eager to see what caused the problem. Vannie used a power snake to clear a very tough clog, which took more time than I would have thought. He told me that corrosion had closed up the pipe. I had checked it with an inspection camera and it did look as if rust had closed the pipe, probably because of the partial blockage for all those years. When the blockage was removed he ran the snake several more times to ensure that all of the clog was removed and then ran a hose into the drain to make sure it worked well. He put everything back together, cleaned up afterward, and made sure there were no leaks. Now my drain works much better than it ever has. Before a flow of water from the faucet about the size of a little finger was the most that would drain out. Now it will handle all the water the faucet can produce. I am VERY pleased and would hire Vannie again.

Great ! I called late in the afternoon on Service Date. "Seth" of the Company arrived within 1 hour. He said it was the most difficult drain cleaning he ever experienced. Even his Commercial Drain "Snake" "burnt out. He methodically hunkered down for close to 2 hours, finally removing the trap in the basement sewage outtake pipe and snaked out large globs of congealed food, grease, and unspeakable stuff. In the end I was back to normal. He only charged $200 (below others' rates) However, because of the Herculean job and his dogged persistence I gave him $225 (money well spent. In the future, I' m not even going to call for estimates. It's Mr. Rooter all the way.
