The technician was polite and made quick work. I myself am a construction worker so I appreciate the trades and understand charging for your knowledge but 700 dollars for 10 minutes to clean my drain that any plumber could do is robbery and they know it. I don't know how they freaking sleep at night. I will make sure to tell anyone I meet to find anyone else. 300 maybe even 350 i would say that's fair but 700 really.

Did inform me in advance of service call charge to investigate. Upon arrival did tell me what they would charge to unclog drain - was very expensive. At that point I just wanted it done and swallowed very ho*** ** charge. The aforementioned negative is reason I gave 4 stars

I initially used this company in 2021 for a clogged drain, the service and personnel were fantastic, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with the questions of a homeowner. Where I am located there was a severe rainfall and the water system backed up into the house. It was a reminder to have the sewer system serviced. Michael the owner and Ben the technician sent out really reassured me in doing what I was doing and even gave me options of service from the basic to the more involved and explained when it was necessary and explained why it wasn't. This wasn't an emergency it was because of the previous experience that I called them first and as far as I'm concerned will be called in the future for my service needs. Great company, with great people.

As far as meeting and surpassing my expectations the service was spot on. We occurred a plumbing emergency when our pipe connecting to the outside spigot broke while attempting to remove a stuck broken hose connector. Our problem occurred during the evening, Monco Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was contacted shortly thereafter. The customer service was excellent and an appointment was made for the following morning at a time that was convenient for us. The service provided was extremely professional and our concerns were met at a reasonable price. Our thanks to Mike and his partner (a New York Giants fan) for replacing the piping and spigot. We highly recommend their services.
