The technician arrived the service location and checked the water leak from the toilet and estimated the amount for the work. It was a lot more than expected so I denied the job at the time. His charge to come out is $79, but he asked to pay $288. I need to get that amount to be refunded. I only need to pay $79. It was such a horrible experience.

I was very pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I appreciated that everything was explained up front so I knew what to expect.

Louis was very helpful and very patient in explaining what the issue was with my sump pump. He was especially kind because I am injured from a fall so he was sure to take pictures and showed me step by step what he did.

Very well, called on a Sunday evening and came right out. Needed work done for my elderly parents and did not want to leave them until work was completed. Excellent, professional service; a pleasant professional.

Pro- They got the clog out which was most important. Came on short notice and we were thankful to have our septic issue fixed. Cons- The tech guy was really weird and kept talking about uncomfortable/taboo topics. Also wasn't thrilled that after agreeing to a price and signing the contract he decided to use a camera scope and told us after the fact we had to sign for an additional 200 bucks. Felt a but scammed and unhappy that wasn't noted prior to use..especially since he didn't request to use it and then wasn't able to determine anything from it anyway. Overall I'm happy the issue was resolved but would go with someone else if I had another option.

They fixed blockage of main drain line to sewer, this was an emergency service, they showed up on time, were very courteous, but the service call was $800 for approx 2 hrs of work with no parts needed.

Someone answered my phone call quickly, confirmed that a representative would be at my home in less than 2 hours of my call on a Friday at 4:45pm. Louis arrived by 5:30, was great to talk to and immediately set about fixing my plumbing issue. He was upfront about pricing and got the job done efficiently. Would call again because no one else would be able to have someone come on on the same day I called. This was worth every penny. :)

Montco Rooter did a great job working on my bathtub and also noticed my high water pressure issues and solved with a new pressure reducing valve. This helped me avoid future issues and the water pressure in the house is much better. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs!
