Everything was completed in one day. The plumber explained what needed to be done and gave recommendations on additional plumbing projects. I will definitely use this company in the near future.

The plumber was so kind and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and explained everything to us in detail. If we could request him personally for any future plumbing issues, we would! This was a painless experience.

Ephrem did a excellent job in unclogging my drain. He's very professional and is very good at his job. He cleaned up after he was finished. I will recommend Montco Rooter and Emphren to my friends and neighbors. I'm very satisfied and pleased that I called Montco Rooter but I don't know if the other employees are as qualified and motivated to do the best job as Ephrem. I know because I'm a homeowner and I've come across several companies with employees that don't do quality work like Ephrem. I am very pleased with Ephrem's work.

I was very happy that they were quick to respond, they showed up when they said they would. The man who came to do the work was nice and very informative. Answered all my questions and was helpful in instructing me on not only the water heater but other plumbing problems I was having around the house. Finally they stuck to the price that was quoted to me. As a woman getting repairs done to equipment she does not understand it is nice to feel as though you can trust that you are not being ripped off by the repairmen. I felt that level of trust with this company.

Very well. This is my second time having Montco Rooter do plumbing work in my house. The first was water heater removal and installation, service taken care of by George from Montco Rooter. The second time was repair supply line after the meter, service taken care of by Lewis from Montco Rooter. They do exceptional work with a smile, and made me feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. I will use them again and will recommend them as well.
