They did good job on work. Problem was they gave me a quote around $850 before work started. When done they charged me about $1450 adding some miscellaneous charge. Will never use them again. Promise a quote and then change it after very unethical

I love the fact that I had placed the job order on July 4th not thinking that I would hear from anyone until the following day, but the company reached out to me within the hour and told me that they could have someone out the same day and did. The technician quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix it in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

Louis was great! He arrived within two hours after an emergency call on a Sunday. He was able to remove our old water heater and install a new one, while explaining every step of the process.

First off, I’m a mechanic. And if people think we’re bad they should try out Montco Plumbers. They say a sucker is born every minute, but I’m not one of them. We had a bathtub faucet leak at my girlfriend’s house in Macungie. The weekend prior I took apart the faucet and found that the cartridge was bad, but it was late, hardware store closed and I had to leave to Lancaster the next morning. Because I’m so busy, I could not make it back up there to repair faucet and the leak got worse, so I HAD TO call a plumber thinking a CRAZY price to fix this was like $300-$400. I called montco, and told Mike EXACTLY what the problem was and EXACTLY what I wanted done. He sent out a guy named Louis. My girlfriend’s daughter said that he brought in no tools and only looked at the leak from a distance and DID NOT take it apart to diagnose the problem. Then he calls me and said the whole faucet system needs replaced, he has to cut through wall, replace pipes etc. And this guy tells me it’s gonna cost $1,836 PLUS PARTS! He said ..all said and done it will be about $2,000!!!!!! It BLEW MY MIND the audacity of this guy. When I told him All I need him to do is change the cartridge, he argued with me, saying he’s been a plumber for 35 years! I don’t know what I’m talking about, and if I only change the cartridge the whole system will BLOW OUT he said… LOL! He took advantage of our situation and tried to rob me. Apparently, Mike Failed to relay to Louis that I’m a mechanic, and no fool. The moral of this story is… I made a special trip up to Macungie, bought a new Delta Faucet cartridge from Bell Ace Hardware for $60, and fixed the faucet in LITERALLY 15 minutes. Not a drop of water is coming out. SO WHY couldn’t Louis charge me $300 or $400, or h*** ! $500! And walk away with a nice profit. but $2,000!!! Such GREED. Listen folks, don’t be a sucker, don’t be a fool, this is NOT an honest business, they are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers in the Lehigh Valley area…. Oh, and by the way… The BBB is my next call, then on to Consumer affairs. I’ve already spoken with my attorney as well and he said “WOW!” and I don’t care if I gotta spend $1,000 to get back my $79 they stole from me for their “Service” call AKA Standing back with arms crossed and saying “I gotta cut through the wall”.

Extraordinarily expensive for one hour work. In addition, I agreed to have them replace the third valve (dishwasher) - with was not malfunctioning - only because I was told that I wouldn't be charged for it. All indications are that I was charged. Finally, although I can't prove it, they may have done work that was entirely unnecessary. Despite their having replaced the valves, there is still no water pressure - it turns out that the faucet was broken the whole time.

Bob has a wonderful disposition. He had a lot of work to do to fix our problem. His disposition never changed from beginning to end. He did a terrific job in what was a terrible situation for us as homeowners.

Extremely thorough. Not afraid to do the tough and dirty work to clean the line. Water in the laundry tub now drains very quickly and I no longer worry that it will overflow.
