+ -1 moreAfter showing us several properties, he found one that had been just listed. It was obvious that this was the RIGHT one. Unfortunately, there were at least four other parties who felt the same way! Mitch recommended a strategy that made ours the most attractive offer, but in reality was structured such that we were able to obtain a number of owner concessions that brought the price of the property down. Settlement was a breeze. Everyone walked away happy. Mitch has since been managing the property in a thorough and professional manner, dealing with tenant issues, contractors and finances.
Description of Work: Mitch assisted us in locating and purchasing an investment property with four rental units. He walked us through the purchasing process, obtained a mortgage broker, and represented us at settlement. He now provides property management services: advertises for tenants, collects rents, contracts for maintenance/repairs, pays the bills, and issues thorough monthly reports with each monthly proceeds check.
