He was extremely professional and timely with his work and the price he charged was reasonable and fair. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Mario performed an annual oil burner tune-up. He also replaced a faulty expansion tank, relief valve and brass fittings that were leaking.

Description of Work: We had our 26 year old Heating and Air Conditioning system replaced. Mario came to our house, inspected the existing HVAC system, quoted us the best price and best match for our home size need. He was very detailed on any questions I had. As an owner its tough to always choose higher priced systems, thinking they are reliable and efficient. He explained every choice on his quote very well and gave us his very very best quote. During the entire process, not once did I feel the pressure to accept his quote for work. Not even remotely. He is amazing to work with and in one word he is EXCELLENT. He is patient, answers all your questions, never puts pressure about him taking up the work and more than anything, For the first time in my life as a home owner, a major product was DIRECTLY registered with the company and the warranty info was in my email in less than 48 hours, after Installation. He is very responsive to calls or text messages. He will get back to if he is working. More than anything, you will never, NOT ONCE, feel like you are being ripped off with things that you don't really know of. I was quoted 2.5 times the price for the same system by major companies like Horizon and Sila, for the Exact same system. I am so glad we hired Mario to replace our HVAC. We will definitely reach out to mario if I need any other system replaced at my home and recommend him to all our friends and neighbors.

I have never used Angie's List before he was the second person to call and I was curious to how many more Kohl's I was going to get as I just posted that I would like some work done. right away he told it like it is followed through and within a week I had a perfect new furnace and water heater. Will definitely use again.

I appreciated how he worked with my schedule and although the news on my system was not great (27 years old) I felt he gave me sound, honest advice in how to proceed and maximized his time to give me the best service possible to extend the life of my unit before more serious intervention would be needed. I like him and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

 + -1 moreMario was fantastic, very friendly and professional. Our heater was not working, we called him at night, after discussing the problem he figured it wasn't an emergency, he told us over the phone what to do for the night and he was out the very next day. When he came out he was very professional, found the problem, told us we needed 3 different parts and the approximate cost and gave us time to discuss it. We agreed with him and he drove and got the parts right then came back and fixed our heater. He then did a full service check on it. It ended up being a problem with the AC unit so he told us to call him back in May and he would reinstall a new thermostat and make sure the AC was working at the time. When he came out to do the finally fixes and service out AC unit it cost $127. Another time we called Mario he was out of town. He discussed the issue with my husband and told him what he believed it was. He told my husband it could wait a few days until he got back, but told him that if he wanted to call someone else to have it fixed immediately that he would understand. I really thought that showed what kind of person he is. Mario is definitely getting our busy from here on out. He will be coming out to our home yearly to do annual maintenance checks. I highly recommend him!

 + 0 moreWe had Mario out because our water heater was leaking. He arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed that the leak was coming from inside the tank liner. Since the water heater was relatively new, he told us that the warranty would cover the replacement. He contacted his distributor and was able to secure a replacement at their local warehouse. He picked up the new water heater and returned faster than expected. He made quick work of removing the old heater and installing the new. We asked if he had time to check up our house heater while he was there. Since everything went faster than expected, he agreed. He checked over everything to do with the gas (pressures, flow, thermo whatever ?). He took off the outer cover and gave it a thorough cleaning. I saw how dirty it was inside. We were overdue. When everything was done it looked brand new again. When it came time for the bill, we were pleasantly surprised. The price was very fair for everything he had done. We will definitely call Mario for ALL of our future needs.

 + -1 moreWe returned from some time away on Sunday June 5, 2016 and found the air conditioning not working. Called Mario right away and he arrived on that Sunday evening to check out the problem. As the system was about 19 years old he informed us we would need a complete replacement of the inside and outside unit. We agreed to model and cost. The unit was replaced and operational by Tuesday afternoon. In addition to the primary unit our separate unit in the bonus room was not working properly so he checked that unit also and got it working on Monday. We have used Mario for several years for maintenance of units and installation of units in our Bonus Room and Detached Garage. We have never had an issue and always received prompt courteous service.

 + -1 moreMario was excellent to work with. We had a construction crew working on our home who had our old unit running during demo, so needless to say the unit blew from all of the dust. Mario was able to obtain and install a new unit extremely fast. He went above and beyond in cleaning the dust in our utility room, patching up holes on the unit, and cleaning the internal parts which were also covered in dust. He walked me thru the various parts, how they work, and how to trouble shoot. He also disabled the unit to ensure he construction crew couldn't use it while they were working in the home. Additionally, I had follow up questions for Mario and he was extremely thorough and prompt in his responses.
