Thoroughly professional people and great workmanship

Perfect. They arrived on time , with a fully-equipped truck. I should have told them to use the"chemicals" when they first asked, but they were obliging enough to go back and do it again with the chemicals after I realized the chemicals were exactly what I use in my adjacent pool.

It went well but windows were kinda slimy from soap/ cleaning solution which still smells over a week later. Don't see a major difference between before and after- weren't super dirty. Need to get windows cleaned now.

Great everything was done properly

Maintain It All did a great job digging up a mess of old concrete, the extent which was not known prior to starting the job to then lay down a new driveway extension. The driveway looks great and their project manager was very helpful throughout the process. The pricing is middle of the road, however their level of service and quality of the work more than makes up for paying a little extra. They also did a soft wash of my house/deck which came out very nicely for a reasonable price.

He thoroughly explained what the job would entail, and the costs. He was efficient and professional. The technicians who did the cleaning, Keith and Mike, were likewise on time. They were really efficient, and were able to finish the job in short order. We appreciated the fact that they frequently asked if there were any parts of the house we wanted them to focus on. All in all, a great experience. The house looks fantastic. We definitely will use Maintain It All again.

online process for doing the estimate, scheduling and paying was easy. quality work done on the sealing of the driveway, cleaned the driveway of debris and edged my yard. filled cracks and applied sealer. nothing was damaged or stained.

I had hired them for 2 projects one at home and other at office, both places they could not get the job done right even today at office lots of people comment how bad job they have done.

Maintain It All promptly estimated the cost for sealcoating our drive, including filling in some cracks. The quote precisely outlined the steps to be taken. The first sealcoating displayed some flaws, probably due to some significant downpours that occurred immediately after the crew had left. When this situation was brought to the attention of the office, the sealcoat manager inspected the work and arranged for a second treatment. The application went well, leaving the drive with a professional finish. Clearly the company stands behind its work.

Would re-hire this company. Had an issue with a different contractor after the work was done and Maintain It All provided me with recommendations on how to correct.
