Kingdom Janitorial Maid Service did a great job cleaning my father-in-law's apartment and I have hired them to clean for him every other week. I am more than pleased with the results and they are great to communicate with, I would recommend 100%!

Extremely well. They were punctual and professional and good cleaners. Also, they were very personable.

First, Jessie, the owner/manager/worker, has great integrity that was exemplified by his outstanding work ethic. Not only did he and his co-worker thoroughly clean all the floors, they cleaned the kitchen cabinets... til all was "sparkling". They also cleaned all my windows inside, though this cost extra, understandably so, and I was very pleased and grateful overall. I would definitely hire them again!

Absolutely excellent!! Jessie is amazing....very focused, efficient, thorough, and determined to please the customer (that would be me!), and he did! Truly, I was wowed by his integrity, humility and flexible attitude. I recommend him highly!!! And his sidekick, Kevin was a blessing too! All is well that ends well! We were scheduled for an open house the Sunday after is work on Friday, and his diligent work ethic combined with a job well done set the stage beautifully!!! kingdom does an excellent job and for us over the last 13 years they have done a great job at both deep cleaning and bi- weekly cleaning for us. He is meticulous, careful with our fragile items and uses natural products (and Lysol for disinfecting with the latest corona virus scare) and makes our home sparkle. He and his team are courteous, reliable and detail oriented, which sums up, in my opinion, to be highly professional. They are flexible and accommodating of our sometimes last minute scheduling. We use them for regular house cleaning and have used them for deep cleaning when we were moving homes. We had carpets in our old house and have bamboo flooring now. Jessie makes sure to use the right supplies so the sheen on the bamboo is maintained. Our home sparkles when they’re done! Now my extended family uses them regularly too!

Well, here is the thing. When I purchased it, I left a note that I needed a month before they come. It was a really good price. They are suppose to come tomorrow, but we had a really big snow storm. So I talked to Jesse a little earlier, and its not practical if he can come tomorrow or not, because we have had so much snow. He hasn't been here yet at my preference. Jesse was here before, I am sure I will be happy with his service. They gave me six months to schedule this. I took advantage of the price. They didn't charge me much. I will rate him when I am finished, and I am sure he will get a good rating. Once before I had him before, and I did paste a review, but it never showed up. I was kind of surprised. I gave him a really good review. By my preference he hasn't been here yet, and then the snow came. The roads are not passable. He lives by me. He can come tomorrow fine, if he can't come fine. I'm not stepping outside. The advantage of being retired. I will rate him. He did a great job. At least two month, or three. My place is long over due for a clean. I gave him the highest grade. Oh yeah, I'm about too. There were two workers. That my husband has been ill, and I am behind on cleaning. Place needed a major housekeeping, housecleaning. Two came, worked steadily and productively. Quiet guys. Got a lot done. My place hasn't been this clean in a year.

Kingdom Janitorial Maid Service is now my go to when I fall behind on keeping my home in order. This time it was the team of Kalieg and Santu. I gave them a general list what needed attention and there first response was "and then what" because they knew they would finish the list in less that the allocated time. They worked quietly and efficiently and did finish up in less time than I was expecting. It was a job well done so I suggested the cut out early and take a coffee break. I love it when my house is clean and tidy and that is what my experience has been with Kingdom Janitorial.

I had this company to my home twice. The first time the two men broke three items and scrubbed the finish off the tub. However, the house looked good and I wanted the house cleaned again because I expected company. The second visit, the second man never showed up. The one who did, spent a lot of time talking on his cell phone while he was cleaning. It's no wonder things were broken. And, oh by the way, I didn't know about the tub and one of the broken items until the second visit, or I might not have had them back. Nice guys but bulls in a china shop.

This is my second review for Kingdom Janitorial Maid Service. We first hired them earlier this year for a deep clean of our new house before moving in. Since then, they've been providing biweekly routine cleaning for us. We are always pleased with their work. Jesse and his crew are thorough, courteous, and flexible.

Thorough, courteous, and professional team. The house looked and felt much cleaner after they were done. We decided to hire them for recurring cleaning services. (We did have a minor schedule mixup -- given our tight timeframe before moving in, if I could do it over again, I would have called back a day or two in advance to confirm the specific time we had scheduled. However, once aware of the mixup, Jesse took responsibility and went out of his way to accommodate our timing needs, which we definitely appreciated.)

It was much better, they actually did some work. The owner made a mistake, and they forgot about me, so they didn't come that day. They came on Monday, and they came on time, and they gave me a credit for the next time they come. They gave me a couple of hours free. They did a pretty good job. One was working faster than the other one, and he was able to get around to 3 or 4 rooms in 3 hours. The other one was stuck in the kitchen and barely made it to the living room. If the other guy worked as well as the first guy, they would have been great. The quality of work was good. Once he realized he made the mistake that they didn't put me on the schedule, he was very good.

Great job, the house was sparkling when they guys from Kingdom left our house! They were both very friendly, worked hard, and made such a great difference. Would hire again!
