Tony arrived earlier than scheduled which was great for me~ He started right away and called me to discuss the treatment and reviewed the details.
Description of Work: I purchased a year long service and they contacted me right away to start. The ants have been brutal this year and I was glad to have them here so quickly! Tony was here and showed up early and called and did an amazing job!

I purchased a "Big Deal" on Angie's List for a one-time pest control service. I was contacted via email for for my telephone number and was told in the email that I'd be contacted. No one from the company contacted me, so I began attempting to reach the company to set up service. I was very disappointed when I realized that the business was not a small locally owned business, but rather part of a much larger enterprise with an out-of-state call center. Dealing with the call center was awful. I was on hold for long periods of time (getting a message saying I was number 15 in line). When I finally did get in touch with a representative, she spent an inordinate amount of time getting information from me about my needs. When another rep called me a few days later to confirm the appointment, he said he had no notes in the record about my requested service. I told him again. When the local tech came out for the actual appointment, he also had no idea of what he was supposed to do. He was under the impression that he was only supposed to treat the outside. (I had been very specific when I placed the order that I wanted the inside treated as well.) I will say that the technician, Esok, was very nice and professional and gladly agreed to perform the services I had initially requested. However, I was once again baffled when he failed to provide me with anything in writing notating what he had done. (Every other pest company that I have previously used gave me some sort of documentation. To add insult to injury, the ant problem was not resolved at all, so my husband went out and bought products that seem to have done the trick. I am very easy to please and almost never complain, but I thought that the owner of the local franchise should know how much the call center is hurting him.

Description of Work: I was approached in the Spring of 2015 by a guy going to door to door promoting this service. I was in need of a spring pest application so agreed to pay and schedule. What I did not know, and was not explianed to me was I was signing up for a multi application contract. You could argue shame on me for not reading the fine print, but I would not have agreed to automatic billing and application going forward if explained. I realized this when a guy showed up 6 months later, did an application, when we were not home, and I got billed. I called the home office and they agreed to cancel moving forward, but would nit credit for the second application. They seemed to be a reputable company, and did the job. It was the way the contract was explained and executed that was wrong to me.

The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, explained what he was here to do, and asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed during the service. He was well prepared and attended to the tasks in an organized and thorough manner. He was courteous, and took the time to answer questions we had regarding this treatment and also explained options available to us in case we had any problems afterwards.
Description of Work: The property was treated for insect, bee, and rodent prevention.
