lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreAs always it is picked up in the fall and returned in the spring. The mower is sharpened, the oil changed and the filter cleaned. I have been doing this for years with out a problem. Last year I also included my old snow blower and it could not be repaired. They credited the service to a new snow blower that they sold me.
Description of Work: Picks up my lawnmower, prepares my mower for the following summer, and drops back off

 + -1 moreWe dropped off our mower and was told it would take three weeks to fix due to the backlog. When we called to check on the progress, they told us it would take whatever amount of time they originally told us (in other words, they wouldn't give us an updated timeframe). Sure enough, it took three weeks. We did check to see if they rented mowers to help with our out-of-control lawn (we weren't able to mow it during three weeks of spring grass growth!) and they do-- but by that point our mower was almost ready. I wish we had known that earlier, so we could have rented it that first week! The price was great for both the repair job and the cost for rental had we gone ahead and rented.
