+ -1 moreKept promising to do the work but never did! Lots of excuses were made and empty promises by owner -"we will contact you on monday to set up a time" this went on for about 3 months. We found this company to be unreliable and not professional!
Description of Work: Repair, clean, re polish marble countertop and recut cooktop hole for new cooktop installation ( Euro marble are the originally installers of the marble countertop).

Their granite installers and fabricators are the best, and their selection is wonderful. They are very easy to work with.

Description of Work: I spoke to the rep a few days before the appointment. He was supposed to look into pricing so that we could have a discussion when he arrived. He ended up showing up very late and without notice. He did not do any research or prep as discussed. He was smug and chuckled quite a bit while we discussed the project/situion. I tried to stay calm. He did his measurements and told me I would have a response that afternoon, maybe one business day later at the latest. I have not heard anything back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There was a complete lack of professionalism in our interaction.

Description of Work: If you plan to undermount a sink to your granite, don't ask Euro Marble to do it, because their installers won't do it properly. If you call them to fix their mistake, they won't even bother returning your phone call.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful. We went out to the granite yard, unsure of which we would buy. We took some samples home to find which would be just right. We called to tell them which one we wanted, and they told us they had a new shipment they would like us to see. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we knew exactly which one we wanted. It was the new shipment!

+ 0 moreI spent around $6000 on the job. I was working with a kitchen contractor, but they referred me to this company. They don’t have an enormous selection, but they do have an outdoor yard with the granite slabs where you can see the selection in natural daylight. It was not an overwhelming selection. At the showroom, they were helpful with making decisions about edges. They were efficient. They came out and did all the measuring. I think it took about a week for them to do the installation. I am happy with it as they did a nice job. They charged me a typical amount. I will use them again in the future if required.
Description of Work: I used Euro Marble & Granite Corp., a year ago. I had the kitchen and the mudroom granite counters installed by them.

+ -1 moreThey were responsive, polite, and quick to accomplish the hired task. The cut marble fit perfectly, and the piece they gave me has very nice graining. My only complaint is that the ogee edge wasn't cut a little deeper, but that's more my fault than theirs.

+ -1 moreCATALIN CAME OUT TO MEASURE FOR THE COUNTERTOP TO BE INSTALLED AND THEN ORDERED THE GRANITE. THE GRANITE WAS SPECIALLY CUT TO ORDER AND THEN, HE INSTALLED IT. IT WAS INSTALLED BEAUTIFULLY AND QUICKLY. HE IS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY - AND ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY ISSUES. THE COUNTERTOP HAD SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES IN IT - HE IMMEDIATELY CAME BACK OUT TO BUFF THE ENTIRE COUNTER AND MAKE SURE THAT IS WAS SATISFACTORY. A++ ALL AROUND!!
