They scheduled our closing for the wrong week. Tried calling twice and got an extremely rude guy each time on the phone who just kept saying "the lady who schedules is on vacation". He could have cared less and made no attempt to even help. The scheduler was supposed to call back when she was back from vacation but still have not heard from her. They have no customer service skills.

My Hot tub sprung a leak the night the temp went to -6 degrees.. It was leaking bad under the spa, into the motor etc.. I called and left a very frantic message at 11am on Jan 30, for the Hot Tub professional and quot;Mikeand quot; the Spa service dept... At 2pm I called the store and the young lady told me that and quot;Mikeand quot; was gone till Feb 3.. I was frantic... Then I told her I need someone out there ASAP and explained the problem to her.. She told me I should drain the Spa!! WHAT?? In below freezing temps?? She told me that would be my best bet since nobody would be able to get to me for 4 days!!! Thank God I know better and I have a very handy husband! My husband went to the hardware store and bought the pieces to repair the Spa temporarily.. I still need to replace the whole drain.. The drain elbow cracked and the water was pouring out very quickly.. On Friday Jan 31 I received a phone call from and quot;Mikeand quot; at 3pm, I missed his call, he left a very vague message saying he was leaving for the weekend but would be able to come look at the Spa Monday morning, Feb 3!!! Thats 4 days in below freezing temps!!.. I was ready to write a check for an inground pool for $40K.. Now I am very scared to have an inground pool built by Eagle!!

Needed service on an inground pool heat pump Eagle had installed for me a few years back. Left several messages for Rusty but didn't hear back. He finally ended up getting back to me a couple of months later after I already had someone else out to fix the problem. May very well have been busy with other things as it was the beginning/middle of summer, but a prompt call back would have been appreciated even if it was to tell me they were jammed for the forseeable future.

They gave me the best price and handled everything well. They came very quickly and did a great job.

Spring came. We called them again. Another month has passed without any evidence they'll ever come and fix the leak. Frustration!

leaking hot tub from unknown cause. Found cause and fixed it. Also, at my request they changed light bulbs. They also filled and checked to see tub worked.

Pete arranged for our spa supplies, so we are enjoying the spa (at least the younger members of the family). I would certainly recommend Pete and Eagle.

THE CONTRACTOR WAS ON TIME AND MOSTLY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORK PROVIDED. THE POOL AND SURROUNDING CONCRETE ARE BEAUTIFUL. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY PROVIDED.
