+ -1 moreGreat---Jesse came out and replaced my garage door openers. Thanks goodness he was honest because I was ready to replace the entire door opener unit. But he inspected it and said it worked fine. His work was under warranty for 90days so if the new openers did not do the trick he would be back. But it is working fine.

+ -1 moreExcellent work. Jesse arrived on time to evaluate the situation and provide a quote. Scheduling the work was easy and convenient. Jesse arrived on time to install the motors and completely refurbish the doors (new springs, pulleys, door and safety cables and rollers) and provided an overview of our new garage door openers, including the need to have surge protectors on them (something I never would have thought of!).

After explaining the problem and offering a remedy, he was able to fix the problem right away. After work was done - garage door opener sounds quieter than it ever has. Mike was prompt, very courteous and professional. He knows his stuff! Highly recommended for garage door troubles.

+ -1 moreMike and Jesse were very professional and knowledgeable. I called expecting I would need to schedule an appointment a few days out, but they stopped by latter that same day. Rather than suggest I buy a new door, they provided me an alternative lower costing repair at 1/2 the price of a new door. Ultimately, I went with a new door for cosmetic reasons. They were flexible with scheduling the installation and did an excellent job. No pressure, customer focused, and quality work. Great job!

+ -1 moreBecause we had them do additional work, it was about $500 but that included a new opener. They were very knowledgeable especially with the type of garage door opener that my husband was interested in, and both times they came out right away. We were satisfied. Both my mom's door which I have seen and our door are like brand new doors.
Description of Work: We called them back for a new automatic opener. They aligned them and had new hardware in it, it's honestly like a brand new door.

+ -1 moreThey were in the neighborhood so they came over right away both times. We actually had them back twice to do additional work. They did a wonderful job. We can't even hear open and close anymore. I recommended them to my mother and she had them out to fix her garage door because she was having trouble, and she was very happy with the work and with the crew that came. She lives by herself so she's very happy how professional they were and very happy with the result of her door. My husband worked with them but he was so pleased. I was too.

Description of Work: I was days away from the sale of my house, but had not had the automatic garage door fixed, as agreed to in the negotiations. I think i called a few of the companies i found on Angie's list, but Mike at Dynamic was the one who called back. i explained the situation and he agreed to come right over, which he did, even tho i couldn't be there. When i did return home, he was there and had already found the problem which he explained to me. My husband (who is suspicious of EVERYbody) balked, but after he talked to Mike, he gave in. I believe it was the fact that Mike told him we could save money by purchasing a new unit, which he (Mike) would then install. Which is exactly what happened the day before settlement - and everybody lived happily ever after!! |The new house we are buying has a manual garage door - and i will definitely be calling Dynamic door to install an automatic opener.

+ -1 moreI sent inquiries to four garage door companies. Dynamic Door was the last on the list, but they were the first to respond. I work from home on Fridays and Mike and I scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment. He and Jesse actually arrived about 7:45. They evaluated the situation, gave me a cheaper alternative that involved replacing only the one side (which was the broken side) or replacing both sides. We decided to go with a total replacement because I have lived in my home for five years and this system was installed by the previous owners who-knows-how-many-years ago. It took them, perhaps, 30 minutes, to do the complete job, and it made quite a difference in the operation of the door: smoother, quieter, as though a new door had been installed. They also installed a safety cable that the old system did not have. The installation has a five-year warranty.

Description of Work: Their service was great. I used them about a month ago for an installation. I paid about $400 and that included the parts and labor. It was a good price and I wished I could give them an A+. I have never had an electric garage door opener; I had some questions after the installation. He was very patient and responsive.
