 + -1 moreVery unsatisfied since the repairman didn't get back to me on date promised and didn't follow-up after I called them.
Description of Work: The repairman was asked to look at a gable fan, which he said needed replacement. He tried to sell me an attic fan instead which I was not interested in. He then told me he would have to research the costs of a complete gable fan and shutter unit but would get back to me the following Monday. Did not hear back and on Wednesday morning of that week called their office and asked what was going on. Receptionist said someone would call me back in twenty minutes. I never received a call back. I did call them back to tell them I would never do business with them again as they were unprofessional and unreliable.

 + 0 moreThis is the second time Wayne has done work at our home. The second job required a lot more work to be done. Both times Wayne was quick to respond to our calls and come out to give us estimates. Both Wayne and his crew were polite, punctual, responsible and knowledgeable. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. I really liked the fact that if we had any questions they would take the time to discuss the situation. We will be hiring Colletti again very soon. A+ in my book.
Description of Work: Installed one ceiling fan and repaired one. Installed many dimmer switches throughout the house. Repaired many receptacles, and put in a new dryer cord & receptacle. Hung a giant chandelier in the foyer, and performed many hours of troubleshooting and rewiring.
