+ 0 moreLike so many contractors, Bruce can be difficult to get hold of, doesn't always communicate effectively, sometimes misses appointments. Although he is fairly knowledgeable about floor refinishing, the quality of his work could be better. Some of our floors ended up wavy from uneven sanding. I think he's not quite ready for prime time.
Description of Work: Refinishing of several rooms of 60 year old hardwood floors. Including sanding and water borne polyurathane application.

+ 0 moreBoth the quality of workmanship and the level of customer service was very high. I needed Brian to come out a few times in advance of the job, which he did in a timely, and friendly, manner. A+++
Description of Work: A large area of poor condition hardwood flooring was refinished. At the same time, an area of floor had to be repaired, as well as removal of old baseboard, installation of new, in that one area.
