The men were friendly and professional. They did a good and thorough job, and left the work area clean. I would recommend them for any of the services they offer. .

Two gentlemen showed up on time and ready to work. I had old paint handy for them to cover up some dark test swatches I had painted. Another man, the owner, went with me to the paint store to buy the paint at his discount. The painters were very efficient and clean. Don't really know what to say except I would use Alpha and Omega again and again. While I thought the price was a little expensive for being a deal on Angie's List because I had to also buy $100 in paint, they were really good, fast, and clean. They had to cut I to lots of trim and ceiling with a dark color and their lines were very straight. Use these painters if you want a job do well and can afford the price.

I continually tried to contact the provider due to the threat of rain to see if the job could still be done. I left emails, phone messages, etc. I finally heard from the provider who cancelled because of rain. again I had to email, leave phone messages and threaten until he returned my call and said I would have to wait another month for an opening in his schedule. that is unacceptable. if he cancels because of weather, he should leave room on his calendar for rescheduling cancellations. I shouldn't have to wait another month. what if it rains again. I should wait yet another month? unacceptable!!

Everything went well. After the provider's initial visit it was determined that there was a lot of work to be done. After agreeing on what needed to be done and the price, the provider immediately went to work. He even corrected a big problem in the kitchen that a previous provider had not finished. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend him to my friends.

I scheduled with the company and on the allotted day and time they never showed up. I called and emailed several times and four hours after the original time I finally received and email saying they would like to reschedule and they would provide 3 painters instead of 2. I responded and gave them an alternate time and date and three days have now passed and I have not received a response. I do not want a contractor who cannot show up or return calls or emails to complete my project.

Provider was polite in email conversation, but did not follow up with us about looking at the space to provide an estimate.

The good: Was very responsive in communication before, during and after the service. Showed up on time. The walls that were painted looked very professional. The bad: There was a good deal of paint splatter left on the floors and the counter tops. The one guy was smoking inside the unit - should have asked. We did ask them to paint one section which was very high above a stairway, which by contract they were not required to do, but they said they would do it. However, they just left it unfinished and didn't say anything. Considering most of the prep work was already done, we expected more of the job to be completed. I will probably not buy x hours of someone's time again, because there is no agreement as to what will get completed. From now on I will purchase for a job or project to be complete.

The provider was too far away from my home, so I requested a refund. However, he was very professional. He got back to me every time I called or emailed.

Awesome job, professional, would use them again

The painters assigned to my job arrived an hour and 45 minutes late. They were to arrive at 9. I tried calling Tom who I believe is the owner of Alpha and Omega twice and left a message on the number for his company when they were late, and he did not call back either time, nor after the work was done to apologize for all that went wrong. It would have been more professional if he notified me that his workers were going to be late. I ended up contacting Angie's list customer service department, who was helpful in getting n touch with the provider. It also would have been smart business for the provider to assess my job ahead of time so we both new what to expect before the actual date of service. While the two painters who came were lovely people and easy to work with they were not sufficiently prepared for my job in terms of supplies. They needed to use my blue painters tape as theirs was troublesome (they actually kept it, but I think by accident and I didn?t think of it until they were well gone), they also only had one set up so had to think creatively to switch colors since they only had one pan and I do not have a facility or tub to be able to wash the painter's things out. I also provided them with plastic tarps in order to protect my furniture as they did not have those either-just the drop cloths for the floor. I had hoped they would be able to get to a small hallway in the time they were here, but that didn?t work out. As mentioned earlier it would have been good to have what I wanted done evaluated ahead of time.They did paint my bedroom and my dining area which is not a complete room. My wood work in areas has a fine ?spray? if you will of the wall color, which doesn?t effect the overall look of the job but does not leave the woodwork/moulding as it was before painting. There are also spots that need more paint and am left with either doing it myself or having another painter come in to fix it. I think they were trying to hurry because of the late arrival (which was also problematic in terms of a true finished job because of Condo association rules) and the prep work was not as detailed as it should have been. They were personable and easy to work with, tried to do their best it seemed, and where I saw issues tried to fix them (the woodwork was not fixable except by painting now) and they stayed just short of the 8 hours and again needed to hurry because of condo rules. This would not have been an issue if they had arrived on time. They would have also had time for a lunch break if they had arrived on time. As it was-and I didn't mind this at all-I gave them lunch which they ate while working. There are spots that need touch ups in my dining area, and I would have been happy to pay a few dollars more if it meant they could finish the job so that I was more satisfied. All in all I liked the guys who came but I am not happy with the results and lack of professionalism by the provider.

The best way I can explain this is to just imagine a heart surgeon cutting you open and installing a new heart and then just leaving everything open after the heart was implanted and connected. The final details, correcting what wasn't right, closing up and cleaning up was left to you. That is the way I felt after Alpha & Omega was done here. Granted, they were all a great bunch of guys and I think I treated them well, bought lunch every day for them, had drinks, snacks, etc. I just don't think they are allotted enough time to get the job done right before they are shuffled off to the next job. I work 12 hour shifts and wanted to hire someone to do EVERYTHING for me, and that was not done. 1) 4/15/14: The crew started out with a bang, moved all furniture, disconnected all electronics and after I went with the owner to pick up the paint and returned the crew started to paint. The ceilings and my daughters room were complete. 2) 4/16/14: One man arrived to paint the trim. He stayed for a good part of the day and then I had to ask him if he could hook the TV, internet, phones, printer back up. He got the TV working but everything else was down. They disconnected everything and didn't pay attention to where it went. I advise you to take note of where everything goes if you hire Alpha & Omega. 3) 4/17/14: The crew arrived later in the morning and started to do walls. I talked to Tom that afternoon and said they could finish tonight or comeback the next day. They came back the next day. 4) 4/18/14: Came back and did some more walls but could not finish the stair well and trim, they left at 12:30 PM. 5) 4/25/14: One man came to finish the stairwell and trim work. I got off the night shift and waited for the arrival of the "crew" to finish. They were supposed to arrive between 8:00-9:00 AM. At 10:00 AM I finally called Tom Williams the owner. He told me his "one" painter, not a crew was waiting at a bus stop waiting for me to pick him up??? I did, bought him lunch first and had to buy more paint and then he had to use my painting supplies. This is just one disorganized painting company. All of my light switches/outlet covers were left off. Most of the screws for these covers were still left in the screw holes so they were painted the colors of the walls when the switch/outlet covers are white. That means all of those little screws had to be scraped from the paint they painted over them so they match the covers again. The furniture was not put back and the few pieces that were had to be removed so I could put the light switch/outlet panels back on. There were dents in the carpet showing where the furniture was, it would have been nice if they were somewhat close to where it was. We spent at least 2 days without TV, internet or any other communication or entertainment, thank God for cell phones. I had to have someone come out and figure out what happened to my phone, fax, internet and printer connections, nothing was hooked back up. The over paint slop and everything else will be corrected by myself. I bought the $999.00 Angie's Big Buy Deal and then paid the owner two installments of $500.00 plus $600.00 plus in paint. If I wasn't at work I would have held that second payment until everything was done correctly. In closing, Alpha & Omega has some nice, honest and personable guys working for them, but their work ethic does not meet my expectations or standards, especially for $2,600.00. I could not recommend them to my family, friends or coworkers. I was given an estimate for the services I wanted done and I paid that price and the services were not done to my satisfaction. Attention to detail is important in a business like this and Alpha & Omega needs work on that.

This is a short story ... The provider never showed up at the appointed date to do the service and never called to explain why he didn't show up. I even took off a day of work.

i purchased the deal to have 8 hours of wallpaper and drywall repair on 2/191/4. As of today - April 28 guess what is still up on the bathroom wall - wallpaper. So anyone can have a little confusion and perhaps a misunderstanding on dates, times etc. Wires get crossed, things happen. So when the first date came around in MARCH that Alpha & Omega were supposed to come here to remove just one bathrooms worth of wallpaper and sand down drywall and went without them showing up or calling - well I called Tom and asked his where he was. Now keep in mind that we had emailed and set a date for him to come to the work I PAID FOR - he told me that he had called my cell to confirm the night before and since I did not return his call, he assumed that I no longer wanted him to to the work I PAID FOR on the DATE WE AGREED TO and that we would have to reschedule. Yes, I was pretty mad especially since I took time off work to be home so Tom could do the work I PAID FOR. In any case, after fuming over it for a week I decided to give Tom another bite at the apple and rescheduled. I emailed him and in late MArch and asked for some new dates - he told me April 8 was open at that time, I mailed him back a couple of days later (April 1) and asked if it was still available. Nothing, so I emailed him again on April 3 and asked if he was still interested in this job. He said he was but that the next date was April 28 and that dates were filling up fast. I emailed him right back that YES i wanted April 28, reminded him yet again that all i need is some wallpaper taken down in one bathroom. He mailed me right back and said (and I am quoting) "DONE DEAL" I am putting you in my scheduler" Takes us to this morning, April 28 - the day ole Tom said was a done deal and in his book. I just got off the phone with Tom thinking it was odd that it being 9:30 that he or anyone from his company had not arrived to do the work that I had paid for and had rescheduled now a couple of times. When I asked Tom where he was he said - and I quote "thought was was tomorrow" Nope - have the email right in front of me Tom - April 28 is the date. He then told me he would HAVE TO RESCHEDULE as he was on the other side of the turnpike today. I hung up on him I cannot speak to this company's work as I have not seen it. I can honestly say from my point of view this is a poorly run outfit. Maybe they do excellent work, but they did not seem to care at all about the work they were paid to do in my home. There is the story, use it as you will

The gentleman came to my home to look at the work I needed done. They were very nice and I would have loved them to do the work. It was going to be substantially higher then the other estimates that I had received. And this was to include the deal I had purchased. It was going to be an additional $480 plus materials cost.

Tom called right after I bought the deal. We set a date. He and his guys arrived on time and they did a great job. I have never paid to have walls painted before - I have always done it myself but I am just not as young as I used to be. So instead of days of my time they were here and gone by early afternoon. It was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought the 3 room deal and called a couple of times in the following week to schedule a time. Then I sent a message and got a response asking me to call first thing the next morning. I asked if they were too busy/overwhelmed and maybe didn't have time for the deal I bought. In response I was asked to cancel the deal if I wished as they are never overwhelmed and are the best and always in demand. So I did. Not professional.

SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT SHOW UP FOR APPT.ON fRIDAY,MARCH 14. WHEN i CALLED HIM LATER THAT DAY, HE SAID HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY AND MIGHT BE ALBE TO COME LATER THAT DAY. I WAS BUSY THAT EVE. AND TOLD HIM ATO CALL ME THE NEST WEEK...WHICH HE DID NOT DO.

The Alpha and Omega crew arrive on time and were very professional and courteous. I'm very pleased with the work they did including the cleanup. I plan to use them again for my next project.

We used this painter to paint the exterior of our house in July and the basement stairway in August. We were very pleased both times. The house was was power washed and painting was completed in one day. The basement stairway was sanded, painted and cleanup within a three hour time span.

I found my experience with Alpha and Omega Painting to be very positive. My work began with purchasing a Big Deal, giving me 3 hours of service. I was contacted promptly and had an appointment set up within 24 hours. When Tom arrived at my house, we discussed additional work that could be performed. I am very glad that I followed through with his recommendations; the job was very thorough and professional. The painting has really given my upstairs a very crisp and clean look. I would definitely hire them again for future work.

Tom was great to work with. I purchased one of his deals on Angie's List and said that I needed the job finished within a matter of days because carpet was being installed and I was moving in. Tom promptly responded and, to my relief, had the entire job finished within 2 days (and it was a big job!). I am very satisfied with the work that he did and how prompt he was. He even offered me an impressive discount on painting materials through Sherwin Williams. Tom was very courteous and professional throughout the process and certainly put my very stressed mind at ease. When the project was finished, Tom even offered to come out and do touch ups at no additional charge. I didn't even take him up on that offer because no touch ups were needed as the job was done so well. Tom is an excellent contractor and an all around great person to work with.

We have been in touch with them. They have been very professional and proactive in reaching out to us to set up a time for the service.

Tom did a great job. I purchased a big deal. He worked around my schedule and went the extra yard. Professional, good work and a pleasure to deal with.

I had them strip wall paper and they did a very clean and neat job.

He has missed two appointments and I am cancelling the deal. The first time he said he had a vehicle issue but he never called me to tell me this. The second time he said he had a family emergency and I can get a refund if I want. Never once did he call me, I had to call him both times.
