I attempted to reach out to the company. The company never contacted me and then I had someone else do this work.

Tom and his crew were very friendly and polite. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

No call, No show on two scheduled dates. I tried several times to call and reschedule, left several voice mails but recieved no respone and still have not yet recieved a response. Completely unprofessional!!

Read the reviews, and trying to get a hold of them was difficult.

One man showed up 4 hours late and worked a total of 8 hrs. The "deal" said 2 men for 8 hours....a total of 8 hrs each And the painter left white patches on the walls My daughter took a day off from work, and could not take more time off to have the painter come for another 8 hrs. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have had issues scheduling this service. The company has been unresponsive.

After emailing dates to them, I was told to call. I called four days in a row and the mailbox was full and could not accept new calls. Not responsive.

I bought this "coupon" as a way to sample a painter's work as I had a lot of painting that needed to be done. The provider did not show on the date that had been scheduled two months prior. Late on that day, I received a message saying that his phone was broken and he was awaiting a replacement. I sent alternate dates, explaining that the furniture from the rooms was spread throughout my home and guests were expected. He responded almost two weeks later. I know nothing of this company's painting skills but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ive tried contacting this service provider 3 times and no response as to when can schedule and has not got back with me. I want a refund please on this service.

Everything went well! Scott was amazing and finished all three rooms in one day! I couldn't be happier. I know that there were some scheduling/contact issues that the company had the previous week, so I was a bit nervous, but I couldn't be happier and I referred the company to a friend of mine who came over to take a look at my 'new' three rooms! Thank you!!!

Company never responded to request to schedule appointment.

Tom confirmed my appointment over the weekend and his men arrived on Monday which was my scheduled date. They completed the job in 1 day. Overall I am very happy with the work, the price and the quality. I have read and seen alot of the negative review over the last few weeks about this company. It is my understanding that he lost his complete scheduling appointment book but also at the same time his phone broke and it took a few days to replace it. The majority of these reviews were negative because he did not show up for the job . Hard to do when you lost all of your appointment book. I understand other customers frustrations but things like this can happen and sometimes they are out of our control. I think people should consider this. I read other reviews regarding this company's work and when he did complete the work the customers were very happy and so am I.

This company advertized to paint the interior, however,that did not include the ceilings. I called this company,but never received a return call.

We have had an extremely difficult time trying to get the work scheduled. The provider let us know that he lost his phone and all is contact information and the schedule he had made up. It's been a few weeks now since we got that message and he still hasn't responded to us. We have decided to move on from this provider and will be applying the purchase amount to another Big Deal in future.

Unfortunately, we had further problems with a roof leak and I reached out to tell him that I would need to reschedule. He confirmed the cancellation/reschedule, but someone still showed up at our home to perform the services. Luckily, I had a record of the reschedule/cancellation via email. We had the necessary repairs made to our roof, so I tried to get in touch with Tom starting two weeks ago. He did not reply to emails and his voice mail was full. I waited a week and tried back, got a long message on his voice mail this past Sunday about losing his phone and appointment book. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left a message for him to please call me with all contact information and now it is five days later and he still hasn't gotten in touch. I need to get this painting done as soon as possible and am going to use someone else.

The work was not completed due to not returning any of my phone calls or emails.

I was given a date of 7/11/14 and asked for an earlier date and have not heard back from the company.

Tried repeatedly to contact co. No return of messages.

He was supposed to come today, however he did not show up, and has not responded to my emails.

They came out and striped some paint off the wall, Said they had to wait till it was dried. I called them off and on from the beginning of May and never got a reply from them. Last time i called him was on 6/27/14 and his inbox was full. I ended up calling another company to come out and finish the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal for wallpaper removal, drywall repair, and painting, we made several attempts to contact the company and schedule our service. After finally reaching the company, we scheduled for a day and spent the evening before our appointment clearing out the room being serviced. On the scheduled appointment date, no one arrived, and no one has returned the multiple phone messages we left with them. We were really looking forward to using this service but have found the entire experience to be very disappointing and frustrating.

.As described above, I am quite unhappy the job has not progressed any further. The owner (Mr. Williams) appears to be a very gentleman of the faith. His workers are very pleasant as well. The issue, remains that they are very elusive and are difficult to get in touch with. It now has been over TWO MONTHS, and any reasonable contractors would have finished the job. This is a routine project. Please, Mr Williams, return to my house and finish the work for which I had paid the deposit of $700. My husband and I purchased his $999.00 painting deal. We scheduled the service for Thursday June 26th and Friday June 27, in preparation for the painting we packed up all the items that we thought would be in the way took down all our window treatments and basically turned our house upside down. I talked to him several times including a last confirming call the week prior, I sent him messages thru Angie's list with directions to our house and asked if he had any questions for us, he did not respond. I took two days vacation from work so as to be here for him and his crew. He was supposed to be here on the scheduled day between 8:30 and 9:00 am, I called at 9:15 to confirm that he was still coming, the call went straight to his voice mail as did all subsequent calls. At 10:00 I sent him a last message to try to find out what happened and why he wasn't here, I also told him that if I didn't hear from him I was going to cancel the contract and start the process of getting a refund thru Angie's list and finding another painter to complete the job.

Scheduling/ Communication issues, Unprofessional customer service by phone and email. Unaccommodating to service date. No returned phone calls. There was no other service provider to do the job for the same amount of money.

I bought a deal off Angie's list and Tom said he was so busy so we put the date out a month. The date came and passed. No return phone calls, email, or response to message on Angie's list. This morning on featured deals, what do you know! Alpha and Omega painting is running more deals! Don't go near this vendor.
