Bill Vitabile was the person who had done the installation. Prior to him coming, we spent time together on the telephone going over the various tinting films. He described the properties of the films and the differences between each one. He knows his product. Bill had arrived at our home on time ( as agreed to ) and proceeded to prepare for the tint installation, making sure to cover the floor to protect it from both foot and liquid traffic. Installation went very fast. Clean up went very fast. He was truely professional in every aspect of the installation process. Several days later, we received a thank you card as part of the followup.

Bill was able to give me an estimate over the phone. We liked the price and ordered the work to be done. He was here the next day and we are very happy with the tinted windows.
