Description of Work: The service was an A. The men who came were timely, polite, professional, and took care with my home. However, the website indicates "responsible disposal" and recycling/donating where possible. Some of the furniture they removed had to go to make room for new furniture, but it was in otherwise good shape. When I asked the team how they recycle them, I was very disappointed to hear that they drive straight to the junkyard, and do not attempt to recycle or donate. At that point, I had no choice but to let them do their job, but if I were trying to get rid of good furniture again, I would call a service who would be more likely to dispose of it responsibly.

It was easy to make an appointment online for the date and time that fit my schedule. On the day of the appointment two workers arrived and I just pointed to the items I wanted removed and they did all the work. I live in a 3rd floor condo with no elevator and some of the items were in the attic. They were professional and cheerful the entire time. I have used their services in the past and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: We had two old huge TVs that we needed to get rid of. We called them and negotiated a price. They came within the hour. The guys they sent were careful and professional. One caution. They guys who came were not aware of the negotiated price. We had to have them call the central office to verify the price.Overall we were pleased. This is not a cheap haul-away company, but it is responsive and seems to professional.

Description of Work: I needed to get rid of unused household items in order to get my condo ready for painting. I went on line and scheduled Got Junk at the last minute. Their hours are very flexible and I was able to schedule them for the early evening so I didn't need to take time off from work. They arrived on time; we went through the items I needed taken and they gave me a price (which I thought was very reasonable considering some items were in the attic and some in the loft area.) They carried everything down the three flights of steps and cleaned up afterwards. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again.

The team arrived when they said they would and were friendly and careful in our home. We had a great deal of unwieldy junk (broken furniture) and it took them about 15 minutes to remove everything - we expected it would take longer. They charged less than we expected.
