They did a great job but the pricing was not cheap. Two guys come usually. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. They are efficient. I would recommend them to others.

They only charge for the amount of space that is used on the truck. They were really good and they were on time. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent service. Crew was on time and very professional. They removed a hot tub and a full truck of basement items. Verified up front the cost and made sure all the items I wanted removed were removed. Very good experience and I didn't need to lift a finger.

1-800-Got-Junk was good. The entertainment center weighed a ton and they got it out. They showed up on time and were prompt. The center was a tight fit but they were very cautious to not damage anything. Another good thing was that I was able to put any other junk in the unit that fit and was not charged extra for it.

They were fast, courteous and explained the pricing structure and how much it would cost before they did the job. They cleaned up as much as possible. They did a good job.

I made the reservation on the 1-800-GOT-JUNK website for an 11:30 - 1:30 time slot for pickup of a truckload of junk including matresses, appliances, old bathroom fixtures and bagged and boxed trash. I received a confirmation email after making the resrevation. I was called as promised on the morning of the pick-up with an estimated time of arrival within the time frame. I was impressed with the politeness and level of professionalism of Paul and Mark who came to pick up the items. It turned out that I had 2 truckloads of junk and they returned within an hour after picking up the first truckload which saved me from having to schedule another day. Overall it was an excellent experience just as described on the website.

It was a lot higher than I expected and a lot higher than they quoted me. They had thought originally that it would cost $300 to $400. I did get a clean garage though. They found bags of cement that added to the cost that they did not find on the walk through during the initial estimate. They were efficient in moving everything. They left with a full truck. They worked very fast. I was frustrated with the experience. They refused to give me a quote before they brought the truck. I didn't have a good experience with them.

They were very easy to do business with. I booked the appointment the night before on the internet. They called to tell me they would arrive within 45 minutes. When they arrived on time, they provided a quote, and then loaded the truck. They even swept my garage after finishing. Payment was easy, since they accepted credit cards.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They worked hard and were on time. They were respectful to me and my property. They also cleaned after themselves.

They were very good. They were professional. The came and took everything in about 2 hours. They did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend them to others.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day. I chose a window of time for them to arrive and they actually called in the morning and offered to arrive sooner than scheduled. Two men came and were very friendly and professional. The job took a bit longer than expected but they were thorough. Despite being much more costly than I anticipated, the job was well done.

The work was performed efficiently and well. The problem was in the estimates and the amount finally charged. We had an estimate the week before for what was judged by the crew to be a full load at $538 minimum. We were told that it would be tough to get a better deal. That was more than we could afford, so we declined. Over the week we separated the unusable wood from the reusable wood, decreasing the amount to be hauled by 40%. A different crew from the company then came out and gave us an estimate of -- $530! I asked why no difference, and was told that heavy items like wood could only be piled so high on the truck bed and that they (the current crew) did not know who the previous crew might have been. The crew then lowered the estimate to $500, which I regretfully accepted with hauling an old mower. After hauling most of it (they had other items in the truck), they returned for the rest and billed us $598! Slippery estimates are, in the end, manipulative.

The job was booked on-line at 1800gotjunk.com. The booking procedure was very easy and quick and we were given a time frame for the truck to show up. We received a call about 90 minutes before the show up time and were asked if the truck could come about an hour before the scheduled time. That was OK. We were asked for specific driving instructions to the site. The truck arrived with 2 persons to do the clean out. The crew wore uniforms and were very courteous and the truck was in good shape for that type of work. We were asked if we knew how the cost of the job would be calculated and we said that according to the web-site it depended on the volume of how much the truck was filled (i.e 1/3..1/2..etc )We were given an estimate of $323.00 ( about 1/3 truckload )and we agreed to the price. After the clean out began,the crew chief said that it might cost a bit more,because there was more stuff than first appeared. We said OK. Final cost was $391.00. Total time 20 min

They came when they said they would be here and were in and out very quickly. I do like the fact that they called before they came and the people that came out were courteous.

The company was responsive to our scheduling needs, prompt to do the removal, and courteous.

They came on time, looked at what they would be removing and quoted their price. I knew it was going to be expensive from looking at the company's website. They removed all items carefully and explained all the charges. This company does great work but is extremely pricey. I was in a hurry to find someone to haul these items away so that's why I used them. If I had more time, I would have looked for a more reasonably priced service. However, if you're in a rush and have the cash, they'll do the job quickly, neatly, and punctually.

This was a mixed experience. The good news: I was able to quickly get an appointment (within the next day) so that was convenient. The crew of three men were friendly and energetic, and willing to carry stuff out from anywhere in the house, so that was quite helpful. They worked quickly and even took a broom to the garage floor from where they had removed several items. The bad news: The cost seemed high (they filled about 3/4 of a truck that was about 5x8x10 -- they charge you by the portion of the truck that's filled). They also lied to me when I mentioned I was considering renting a dumpster, saying that I would have to pay to remove the items along with the dumpster rental cost (this isn't true except in cases of very heavy items or toxic materials). Overall, I would recommend them in a pinch, if it's impossible for you to move the items yourself, and if you have enough $ to spare. The driver would not leave a cost sheet, but it said that 1/2 truck is $350 and a full truck is $600.

VERY NICE GENTLEMEN. A LITTLE PRICEY, MAYBE BECAUSE IT IS A FRANCHISE, BUT QUICK RESPONSE AND GOOD SERVICE. I'D USE THEM AGAIN.

ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY JUST CAME and TOOK THE STUFF WE HAD OUT FOR THEM.
