Description of Work: Very accommodating. Even swept the floor. A bit pricey, but worth it to get rid of the junk that accumulated in the basement. Have used them before, and will use them again. Certainly beats lugging stuff to the dump.

Description of Work: They came to pick up our huge old TV, computer and entertainment center. They were great. No moaning or groaning, just quick efficient work.

Description of Work: They were very punctual and thorough. I do not know if the provider was along but there were two gentlemen. They took old mattresses and other stuff plus an extremely heavy sleeper sofa which was located in an upstairs bedroom therefor | they had to work around an open upstairs hallway and a steep open staircase. They were very careful not to harm any walls etc. They also removed several items from our basement and garage.

Description of Work: I was disappointed that they only have a small flatbed truck which fills up easily and then you are charged a full truck size fee, which is much too expensive. The workers were efficient and professional but I can't give the company a better grade due to the outlandish fees.

Description of Work: Removed my fullbox spring and frame from my 2nd floor apartment. I was able to book the same day, they came on time and the removal took about 10 minutes. It was a bit expensive, but completely painless otherwise.

Description of Work: Watch for the bait and switch! I called to get an estimate for picking up 12 boxes of ceramic tiles. I was told they measured but volume in the truck and specifically not by weight. The estimate i was given was $165. When the crew actually arrived (a day late) I was told they do go by weight for materials such as tiles and the price was now $383. They seemd unconcerned aobut the lack of knowledge of their phone service. I'm not sure if it was lack of knowledge or an attempt to get the business by waiting until they actually showed up in order to deliver the bad news. Highly unprofessional in either case.
