I contacted Tracy at Nevaeh Pipe Bursting to get an estimate for repair of two stuck shower faucets for my elderly father's house in Dunbar. They came out rapidly that day, even though it was a Sunday (and not an emergency), and gave us an estimate. They had to order parts, so the actual repair came about 4 days later. We had them out a second time, about a year later, to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Tracy came out the day after we contacted her, and this time they had a replacement faucet that we liked on their truck, so no return visit was necessary, as nothing else needed to be ordered. Through all of the contact that we had with Tracy and her staff, they were very professional, yet friendly. The prices that they gave for both jobs were reasonable, and when they found out that my father was a Military Veteran they gave him an additional military discount! I would highly recommend Nevaeh Pipe Bursting to anyone!

I called a week ago for an appointment to replace a nonworking toilet water inlet tube with the already-purchased 'Fluidmaster' replacement kit for inlet tube (which was leaking from old age at the top seal. ) the plumber appointment was promised for 3 pm friday 4/6 , with Nevaeh to give a confirmation call on the previous day thursday to confirm. they never called. so i called them t 5:50 for confirmation and to give directions to the house ( located only several miles from their normalville location of record. ) "tracy '' said o we can't make it tomorrow, the weather is bad.' (Weather is currently 40 degrees and sunny as we speak. ) she offered, 'we can maybe come by and take a look.' I advised i had no intention of taking 1/2 day off work for someone to 'maybe' 'take a look' at a very simple plumbing job which in my estimation as a retired engineer would take about one hour to complete . I was unwilling to 'maybe wait around for them to show up at some undetermined time in the future 9after a few more last minute cancellations?) what she was not told was that we are planning one complete bathroom remodel with top-of-line kola fixtures, and addition of a second entire new bathroom for $15,000-25K. Nevaeh lost the opportunity to bid for that job due to their conduct on this one.

Very nice family owned business who arrived early, was prepare to work. Did the job fast and thorough job. Could not ask for better service.

Pros: Very professional and courteous. The plumbers identified an additional issue (leaking sink supply line value). Cons: Work had to be rescheduled once due to emergency work the plumbers were performing. Plumbers were an hour late. Plumbers did not install the drain assemblies that were part of the faucet kits.

Fast and Efficiently

They did a assume job. They showed up on time both days they were there. They were polite and kept apologizing for the mess and the noise being it was a weekend. They continuesly cleaned up while they worked and had everything tarred in our kitchen and basement. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work on my home. I have more projects that I will be calling them for in the future.

From the time I called Tracy at Nevaeh to my sink being repaired was an overall great experience. She was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to get the job done. As a single lady, I’m sometimes hesitant about having strangers come into my home. When I found out Tracy was a lady. I felt super comfortable having her do the repairs. The world needs more women in the trades!
