Some very well. Some questionable as to understanding the urgency of the situation.

Excellent! Very well pleased! We use Woodlawn for all of our tree work, they are extremely thorough, prompt, and detail-oriented.

Matt came out to the house, looked things over and gave a quote. His price was extremely reasonable compared to the other quotes received. We set up a date and time, the crew showed up on the exact date and time specified. They cut all the trees down (there were many of them) and did an outstanding job in cleaning up all the debris, even those that were there before the tree cutting. I'm a customer for life after this experience, would refer anyone to Woodlawn.

The work was good. I was concerned that some of the shrubs that hadn't been pruned for years were going to have to be removed. Not only was their size dramatically reduced, but they did not even look like they had a bad "haircut". The quality of the trees/shrubs he provide was well worth the money I paid for them. They are now stating their first full growing season at my home and look fantastic. My only concern was for timeliness/ punctuality/ schedule adherence. The provider was at my home within two days of my initial call to him wanting an estimate. He arrived at my home on 4/7/15 and gave me a very competitive estimate. Within a few days, I approved the estimate and asked when the work would be done. I was told "about four weeks". I had to make three phone calls to the provider once the four weeks came and went. It took almost another month to get him on site.

We've received their services for many years. My husband had used his services in his residence before we were married. He did work on our trees in the back that had some problems. He did the woolly adelgid before on different trees. He has done some trimming and that sort of thing. I think he was the one that came and did the work on our Magnolia tree when the big frost came and lot of the trees broke. I was upset with them at one time. They don't always get here right away. But I know all landscaping people are busy people. We lost our holly hedges to a disease that I was hoping that he would have noticed and taken care of. We have another holly tree that has it now too. It just seems like after servicing us for so long that they might have looked into that and checked to be sure that the other trees weren't infected and treated them. I don't know how they compare on the pricing because we've always just used them. The quality of work is very good. When they do what they're supposed to do it's good work. They never leave stuff behind. They clean up well. They respond in that they leave messages that they'll get back to us. But then it takes a while to get back to us. I think every person that has done any lawn work for us is the same, exactly the same. There is just so much work to do in the spring and early summer that it takes a long time for them to get back. They get here when they can that day. He is very professional, very nice-mannered and easy person to work with.

They were very professional. Matt is a certified arborist. The work was fine. My interaction with him was very good. He was responsive by email.

I called them several times to straighten out the tree and every time they came by and did it. They're very responsive. I think they're great. They actually top down a tree and they replace it with a smaller pair of tree.

Matt and his crew worked professionally, got the job done promptly and cleaned up very thoroughly. When we asked for a quote on removing a ninety foot tree, Matt was honest and said his firm does not do trees that big. My wife and I are glad to recommend them to anyone who needs tree work.

There was a little delay in getting to my place for an initial assessment and estimate, but overall I feel that Mark was very professional and knows his business. He was able to tell me what was wrong with the spruce trees and how they could be treated in a cost effective manner. The future health of the trees is not known at this time, but I would recommend this company to others.
