Description of Work: Mr. Ramer visited us three times lately, since we purchased his Deal on Angie's List. His electrical and plumbing work was perfect, his response time was excellent (even on the day we placed an urgent call, because our water heater's thermostat failed), and he keeps you posted on his schedule. And he's a good guy! We plan to purchase a replacement heat pump from him in the near future, and we really appreciated his advice on water heater temperature (lower temp's can breed Legionnaire's disease) and heat pump technology, which is more complex than we realized.
